Snowboarding With Emmett (And Alice)

How could Edward leave me alone with them! Especially when it involves snow, ice, and several other ways to permanently scar my body? When I asked him he just laughed and Emmett dragged me off to my doom. Great! What a swell boyfriend, huh?

"You'll be fine, Bella. I have utter trust in both Alice and Emmett." Edward assured me as I fought against the seatbelt which seemed like they super glued it to the buckle.

"B-but I'll die out there Edward! Or fall in a ditch and than a bear will come and eat me and then-"

He cut me off by slamming the door closed and waving good-bye. No, not kissing me good-bye. Instead he slammed the door on my face and bid his farewells.

Emmett and Alice slid into the front, both grinning as if they won the lottery. "We could go somewhere else, like the mall and shop for clothes Alice?" I said hoping it would work. She shook her head firmly and pressed the gas pedal.

"It'll be fuuuun," She sang as Emmett broke into an uncontrollable laughter.

"Fuuuuun," He repeated still forcing back roars of mirth.

"I hate you both," I responded slouching in the seat.

Alice got there in no time with her maniac driving and by the time we found a suitable parking space both of my captors were singing Christmas carols ignoring the fact we still hadn't gotten past Halloween yet.

I stepped out and stretched, rubbing the back of my sore neck. "Are we done yet?" I asked knowing the answer before it came.

"You wish," Alice snorted. "Come on lets go try on some boots," She grinned snatching my hand.

I pouted dragging my heels into the floor. "Alice I'll do anything," I promised.

"Anything?" She asked taking in the offer.

I nodded quickly and smiled, full of hope and joy I might get out of this.

"Then you'll go snowboarding with me and Emmett."

My jaw dropped and shoulders sunk, "That's not what I meant!" I cried.

She shrugged and continued chatting away. "They have some awesome snowboard designs, too."

"You ready Bella?" Emmett grinned, his hand on the small of my back.

I shook my head furiously, still feeling the snow in my pants melting. "Emmett I can't even go down the bunny hill without falling in a ditch. I think this is a bit much."

Emmett disregarded the fact and gave me a hard push sending me down the three diamond hill. I closed my eyes tight hoping there wasn't any trees nearby. Edward Anthony Masen Cullen, I am going to make your life living hell, I swerved past a skier with a yelp. That was kind of cool. If I survive, I added.

A/N: Hope you liked my little one-shot! Anyway, I think my house is haunted and I am so freaked out right now and I need to stop watching those Haunting or whatever on the Discovery Channel but they are so awesome and then I switched to Haunted Hotels on the Travel Channel so I have decided to bring my cat or ferret or dog with me at all times! So I can offer them as sacrifices to the ghosts. Sound like a good idea?
