This is a song-fic about Cammie and Zach knowing each other when they were younger and their love for each other growing with them, as they got older. It's to the song "Mary's Song (Oh My My My)" by Taylor swift.

The "Word Code" (this is what always s confuses me when I read fan-fics.)

Regular-Me, "talking"

Italicized- The song lyrics

Bolded- The story

*Note*- In this fic Zack is in Senior year and Cammie is in her Sophomore year.

Disclaimer- Ally Carter owns The Gallagher series and Taylor Swift owns "Mary's Song".

Now, let the story begin.

She said, I was seven and you were nine
I looked at you like the stars that shined
In the sky, the pretty lights

And our daddies used to joke about the two of us
Growing up and falling in love and our mamas smiled
And rolled their eyes and said oh my my my

Cammie POV

"Zach!" I yelled, "Come here I want to show you something."

We were in my backyard, he had just got here with his parents and we were having a barbeque.

"Coming!" Zach shouted, "What did you want to show me?"

"Dad put in a new security system, if anyone he doesn't like comes by our house he can hurt them with this. "

"Cool, so how does it work?' Zach questioned.

"I don't know, my dad wouldn't tell me all the details," I pouted, then grinned evilly.

Take me back to the house in the backyard tree
Said you'd beat me up, you were bigger than me
You never did, you never did
Take me back when our world was one block wide
I dared you to kiss me and ran when you tried
Just two kids, you and I...
Oh my my my my

"As payment for the information I just gave you, I dare you to kiss me," I said, still grinning evilly.

Zack POV

I nodded and accepted the challenge. Just as I was about to kiss her, I felt a whoosh of air and then heard laughter.

Cammie screamed behind her", you'll have to catch me before you can kiss me!"

I laughed and chased after her, ensuing in a tiring round of tag.

AN- This is just a short passage from the next chapter.

Well, I was sixteen when suddenly
I wasn't that little girl you used to see
But your eyes still shined like pretty lights
And our daddies used to joke about the two of us
They never believed we'd really fall in love
And our mamas smiled and rolled their eyes
And said oh my my my...

Cammie's POV

I hadn't seen Zack since I was 8, he moved away and not long after that my dad went MIA. Yet, here he is walking right by my table and looking as cocky and handsome as ever.

Zach POV

Oh my gods, that was a totally girly thing to do, but I couldn't help it. There, sitting at the table right in front of me was the Cameron Ann Morgan. I couldn't believe it, I hadn't seen her in ages. She has gotten so beautiful over the years, my jaw almost dropped. But, remember I said almost. So instead I walked by with my usual cocky swagger while inside I wanted to rush to her and give her a giant bear hug.

I'm sorry, but that's where I'm going to leave it for now. I know, only half of the song was done, but I'm going to make it a two-shot. Please review. The more people who review, the more encouraged I will be to update!
