Before Time, Before Life

Chapter 1: The beginning

The earth lay in dark shadows and the Dust that surrounded it made the edges of the world shimmer. The Dust moved in great big clusters and suddenly one small cluster of Dust formed a figure. The little figure floated down to touch the shadowy ground of the world. Seconds later more of this shimmerey creature appeared and drifted down to touch the shadowy floor. They stared around in astonishment at this new place and wondered where to go. Then all of a sudden the first figure spoke and every figure turned to face it.

"Creatures, you do not know where to go for there is no where. You wonder why you are here and where you come from. I created you and I need you to help me in this universe. I am ….I am……hmm. I am your God, your creator, your life. I shall call you my, my … my angelicas. I need your help. I need your help to change this world into a world of cheerfulness and a place of peace so come angelicas. Come fly with me so you can see this land… that I created as well as you, So that you have a place to live."

All the angelicas cheered and spread their dusty wings and set of after "God". On that day the sun rose higher than anyone had ever seen and the world sprung into life with Dust creating creatures to live on it. And as "God" and the angelicas flew over every bit of the world the sun followed them touching the tips of their wings so that they shone in the strong radiant light. The angelicas felt life spring like a rose in bloom before their eyes and believed it must be the work of the "God" in front of them. They marvelled at the world and their eyes clouded over with excitement as they thought what the "God" before them had the power to do. Clouds formed over-head and hills and rivers creaked and splashed into life. The world was forming and shaping. Then "God" flew up into the clouds and seated himself on a cloud and the angelicas flew behind him and seated themselves on their own clouds. Soon all the clouds had drifted together to form one big cloud and they were all sat around in a circle around "God". Then he spoke,

"Angelicas, you have seen this world being created and now I hope you think highly of it. Now I know you must all be tired and you will need a place to rest. Go now and spread yourselves across the land, find a place to rest, and come here when the night is here and the blackness and shadows are here once more."

So the angelicas set off to find a place to stay for a while. All the while Angelicas were still falling from the sky, and amongst them a fair beautiful angelic creature fell with them. Little did she know that she was going to be the one who revealed the truth about the angelicas.

The night fell and all the angelicas flew to the cloud where "God" was. They settled down to listen.

"Now I know you're all extremely clever angelici and I would just like to congratulate myself for making you all. Well I've thought about this and I have decided we can't have you all flying down to the world and back again every day. So we need to build a place where I, God, and you, angelicas, need to stay. Does everyone agree? Because I command you to build a place, on this cloud where we can all stay."

A big cheer rose from the angelici and they flew away to start finding the materials they needed. The beautiful angelic creature was called Tulipa and she flew among them trying to help but something else caught her big gleaming eyes.

This is my 2nd story but i think i will do much better on this one. Please review and i can make it better as i dont know. Thankyou IceQueen135
