Chapter 1: Moon and Dawson
Austin and Ally are neighbors and have known each other since birth. They have a special relationship. If you have never met them you would think they were a couple. But they deny having feelings for each other and say they are nothing more than bestfriends. Everyone knows they are too blind to realize that they actually love each other. They are always referred to as "Austin & Ally" not just "Austin" and "Ally".
It's the last day of summer so Austin, Ally, Trish, and Dez went to the beach. Nothing is better than sticking your toes in the sand and inhaling the smell of the ocean. Out of nowhere Austin flings Ally over his broad shoulders and carries her into the ocean and she starts to squeal and wiggle her way loose but Austin's grip is too tight to escape. Trish and Dez look at each other like "They are so in love and they don't even know it". Austin and Ally are making their way up the beach when they see the looks on their friends' faces.
"What?" They said in unison.
"Oh nothing!" Trish exclaims
"Ya it really nothing." Dez says.
"Come on dude just tell me!" Austin says anxiously.
"We just wanted to ask you guys if you like each other." Dez blurts.
"No! How many times do we have to tell you guys we are just friends!" Ally yells.
"Sorry, no need to get defensive." Trish says.
"Can we just drop the subject please its gets annoying always having people thinking we are a couple or like each other!" Austin says.
"Well then maybe you should stop acting like it." Trish suggests
Austin and Ally exchanged glances. At that moment they realized people always assumed they were dating or liked each other because of the way they acted. They had always sat/stand close each other because they were really comfortable with one another. They thought other bestfriends acted like that too. But then they noticed they are too comfortable with each other. They even had sleepovers every Friday.
It was the first day of junior year at Marino High School. Austin, Ally, Trish, and Dez all have lockers next to each other. While they were organizing their lockers someone tapped on Ally's shoulder. She turned around and saw Dallas. He was a tall boy with brown hair with the most gorgeous blue eyes you caught yourself getting lost in them. Hey was also Austin biggest enemy. Ever since Austin was football captain and he wasn't they have hated each other's guts.
"Hey Ally." Dallas says softly staring into her eyes.
"Oh hey Dallas." She managed to get out.
"I was wondering if you would like to go on a date with me Friday." Dallas asks.
"I'm sorry Fridays are my sleepovers with Austin!" Ally says sadly. "Maybe I can get him to change his mind!" a grin appearing on her face.
"Ok well let me know when you find out. See you later!" Dallas says while walking away.
Ally had a feeling she really wanted to go. But she knew Austin would be pissed it was Dallas a.k.a his enemy.
