Massie Block had the perfect life-it was as simple as that. The shine of her brand new black Audi glared into the eyes of bystanders, waiting for their precious queen to get out of her royal carriage. Crisp one hundred dollar bills were tucked safely away in her Louis Vuitton wallet. Her closet was a myriad of designer labels. Her phone vibrated with texts from boys wishing for her to be theirs.

Massie Block cried every night-she couldn't help it.
Happiness was a foreign feeling. Everytime something would feel right, it would be wrong. She stared into the mirror picking apart her face, grabbing her fat, hating herself. Little did she know, she was the prettiest girl he had ever seen.

Massie Block was heartbroken-she wasn't over it.

His face implanted into her mind, burned there. His texts. His kisses. His love. Gone forever more, snatched away from her by a little slutty blonde. He knew how to make her feel like shit (and he did every chance he got), he knew how to make her mad (his favorite pastime), and he knew how to make her cry (it was like a sport!). Never mind the fact that he was stupid. Never mind the fact that every guy wanted her. Never mind the fact that she could get better. He hypnotized her, made her lovesick, and made her wonder what she did wrong.

Massie Block found something new-sweetassugar,perfect.

He was sososo sweet, sososo wonderful, sososo amazing. His name was Josh Hotz, in all of his dark-haired glory. His crooked half-smile, his sweet chocolate eyes crinkled in worry, his soft, warm arms. His text messages sent an electric shock throughout her body. She couldn't help but smile, but on the inside she was still emptyemptyempty.

Massie Block had to ruin it- that was just her way.

The sweet texts stopped coming. The roses forever gone. The scars, showing on her arms. And yet Massie couldn't help but smile, laugh, grin. Freefreefree. She was free. She wallowed happily in her unhappiness. That was what she did. She couldn't be pleased.

Massie Block couldn't be happy-she was emptyemptyempty.

(she ruined every chance of happiness she got.)
