A/N: My first try ever at writing something for this fandom and this pairing! Enjoy! ;)

~ It was driving him crazy! No, she was driving him crazy. ~

"As you wish, my king," the man spoke, before he walked back to the castle again, leaving the young king alone in the garden, with only his thoughts to keep him company.

Not that he minded.

The brunet man shifted his attention back to the huge royal garden again, watching all the different flowers bloom, creating a spectrum of the most beautiful colors around him. Spring was in the air, that much was evident.

However, as much as he tried to keep himself occupied with everything around him, - from trivial, unimportant things to checking if the government did his work - his mind just seemed to want to wander back to her for the umpteenth time already. It was driving him crazy! No, she was driving him crazy. He had no idea how she was doing or even if she was alive, and yet she managed to torment him with her appearance.

Three years had passed since king Caspian X had seen her for the last time. Three long years that had, surprisingly, passed in pure bliss and happiness. Being a king wasn't exactly the easiest thing Caspian had done, but it sure was one of the best things that had ever happened to him.

The only thing that was better than being a king was being with her...

As of lately, there wasn't a moment when he didn't think about her. Susan, the most beautiful young woman he had ever seen. With her long, dark hair...

Caspian had to admit that he didn't quite remember what kind of shade her brown hair was, but there was one thing he would never forget about her: those amazing eyes. And if he closed his eyes, he could practically see her standing there in front of him, her long, cream-colored dress swaying softly in the gentle wind. Susan, with her radiant smile and shy but beautifully stunning eyes. They would shine brightly whenever she was happy. That was what attracted him the most about her, because it held so much (sometimes hidden) emotion in them.

She was the only person that had stolen his heart, never bothering to give it back.

A/N: I know it's pretty short (as in, "Geez, why did you even bother to write this?" To be honest, I don't know), but I hope you still liked it. So, how am I doing for someone who just started writing about this couple?
