Chapter One.

Her soft green eyes lit up when she saw him across the room. The blonde studied every detail about him. The tight brown curls, the way he walked with a little bounce that changed depending on his mood. She was so pleasantly surprised at his presence at the small wedding reception she was visiting. She traced her lips with her fingernails. Quinn could safely say that there weren't many people she'd admit to that she'd fallen for Will Schuester.

She noticed his warm eyes meet hers, and she had to mask a smile and look down at her lap. But her pleased grin was threatening to break through anyway. Because she knew that there was no one would ever believe Will Schuester had fallen for her. She risked another glance upwards, and he was walking towards her. She raised a thin eyebrow. He greeted her in the form of an acknowledging nod, "Quinn." He murmured, "I had no idea you'd be here."

"Mr Schuester." She responded; well aware her mother was beside her watching everything she uttered, "I didn't know you knew Mr. Perrolle." Mr. Perrolle was a horribly grubby teacher who taught her mother at college. She and her mother were attending his wedding ceremony today, so she truthfully hadn't the slightest clue that he would be there.

"Yes." He gave a small chuckle, "I met him at a conference, uh.." He scratched his head, "..A few months ago. We got to talking.."

"Oh that's nice." Quinn murmured; looking interested. But she was searching his face for signs of recognition of her.

"What a coincidence it is to see you here." Judy, Quinn's mother, said pleasantly.
"Yeah." Will agreed, and Quinn gave him a smile. Her mother would see it as a respectful exchange between teacher and student. But he would feel more.

When Quinn's mother left, they had a moment alone. Quinn pulled the chair out beside her and tapped it. Will slowly sat down.

"It's okay." She whispered, "No one will find it weird talking to my teacher. Especially you, Will." Calling him by his first name would get some getting used to. It still made him flush delicately. He smiled, "I know, Q."

Now it was her turn to blush, "It's nice, I guess. I can never talk to you at school.". He pursed his lips.

"You can always talk to me at school." He murmured, "You know that, right?"

"But if I talk to you at school, it's just so..You're so.." She sighed then mumbled, "Tempting."
He stifled a laugh, "You too." He said honestly, "But.. we can't keep doing this."

"We can." She licked her lips, "If no one finds out."

"What if someone does, Quinn?" He said slowly, "You'll be.. I don't even know. You've worked so hard to get build up your reputation again."

"My reputation?" She couldn't hold back her incredulous expression, "You could end up unemployed or in prison..And you're worried about my reputation?"
He swallowed, like he was anxious she was angry. Instead she smiled softly, "You're unbelievable Will Schuester. If I wasn't worried about you getting punished, I wouldn't care a bit about what people think.".

"Quinn." He murmured; trialling the tone, but it came out placidly, "Don't do anything crazy."

"I won't." She promised, "Unless giving you my cell number is too crazy." She giggled, mocking his tone at 'crazy'. He nudged her jokingly; laughing along with her infectious giggle. Quinn scrawled it onto a napkin with a pen put aside for signing the 'Wedding Attendance List'. She folded it, and tucked it into his suit pocket. He smiled, "I'll call you." He promised.
"I know." She beamed brilliantly; and she did. He winked hastily as he turned off and went to walk away. Quinn quickly surveyed the area before she hastily pulled him outside to steal just one kiss from him.
