Ian's POV!
I sighed and closed my book. I had just finished The Basic Science Of Poisons. Again!
Everyone was out. I had no idea Where they was, they are just Not here.
Except Amy. She was cleaning the house.
No, I wasn't stalking her. I was just sitting on the bookshelf, watching her cleaning Dan's room.
I frowned.
Why did she even bother.
I leaned a little farther forward to look better, when she walked into Dan's bathroom.
I leaned a little longer and ...
I fell.
"Bloody hell." I hissed as I sat up.
I stood up and looked out the window. I frowned. I couldn't see Amy anymore.
I left the library and went down to the kitchen.
In The Kitchen.
Amy was in the kitchen, in the process of cleaning up after breakfast.
"Oh, hey Ian." She looked up at me and smiled.
"I was starting to worry about where you were." She turned and walked over to the sink. I followed her with my eyes all the time.
I cleared my throat and wiped my sweaty hands in my pants. Come on Ian! YOU CAN DO THIS!
"So, umh, what are you doing?" I asked nervously and tried to swallow my saliva.
"Cleaning up." Amy said as she filled the sink with water.
"Do you need help?" YES IAN! YOU TALK TO HER AND IT GOES WELL!
Amy turned around, obviously surprised. She stared at me for a moment, but then wrinkled her eyebrows. Oh God, she looks so sweet, when she do that!
"Are you sure Ian? You're not nearly so used it as I am." Amy said gently.
I sat up straight in the chair, "Yes of course, I will help." I said and gave her the one thousand mega-watt smile, no 'girl could resist.
Amy smiled, looking a little relieved. "Okay, could you do the dishes, then?" She asked.
"Of course." I smiled. I stopped. "Amy, I have a question." I said. I could feel my ears turn red.
"Yes?" Asked Amy.
"Umh, how do you do the dishes?" I was sure that my whole face was red.
Amy giggled. What a magnificent sound.
"Hold on." Amy said as she walked over to the sink and opened the cabinet under. She took some yellow rubber gloves and a pink flower featured apron from the cabinet.
She put the gloves on the kitchen table and gave me the apron on. She looked smiling at me and nodded, "It suits you." She looked as if she could not stop laughing.
I took the yellow gloves on and went to looked down into the sink and looked at the dirty plates and glasses.
"Okay, so here's how you do." Said Amy and stood beside me. "You take the the dishwashing brush, spray a little soap on the plate, scrub it with the dishwashing brush and then wash it off and put it in the drying rack. Okay?"
I nodded. It didn't seem that hard.
"Thank you Ian, just made my day a hundred times easier." Amy said and kissed my cheek.
I did a little hop inside.
"If you took all the dishes and dry it and put it in place afterwards, then you would be my hero!" Amy said and looked at me with a praying look. I nodded, then looked at the stack next to me and stared. The stack was higher than me, but being Amy's hero is all worth it. I hope so.
I took a plate and began.
