Beca is not sure what is happening, she likes Jesse more than she wants to. Here she was, kissing him right after the Bellas sang for the finals. She could hear footsteps of her fellow Bellas behind her and Donald, beside Jesse, snapping photos with his phone as fast as he can. Beca sat down after they broke the kiss and waited for Aubrey to scold her for being "treble-boned", to her great surprise, Aubrey smiled and hugged her, saying, " You deserved it!"
For the next few months, Aubrey softened down a lot. Maybe it is because that they won the ICCAs, but they were all having fun. The trebles told them that they did not want to look down on them in the first place; it was Bumper forcing them to. Jesse took Beca out for movies and for once, Beca did not complain and enjoyed it till the end. Everyone suddenly seemed so nice, even Kimmy Jin!
The leadership of The Trebles is handed down to Jesse, as for The Bellas, it is still Beca. The party ended with everyone happy, but Beca looks troubled. Jesse sat down beside her and asked her what was wrong. She said, " I don't know what I am going to do without Aubrey and Chloe, especially without Chloe's bass…" "Beca, it is actually me who should be worrying, with half of the Trebles gone…" said Jesse, " but it is fine! Like, we can still move on, like how we Trebles did without Bumper, and believe it or not we missed him for the first two days!" Beca laughed and said sarcastically to Jesse, "Wierdos…"
