I don't own Hetalia or Code Geass.

From the small house by a large lake overlooking the Japanese countryside, a young woman watched the natural beauty with a smile. The woman had long blond hair that fell all the way down her back, blue eyes and light pale skin.

"Catherin, what are you looking at?" A soft, accented voice asked. She looked behind her to see Kiku, wearing that smile he always wore.

"Nothing Kiku, I was just admiring the beauty." She replied with a hint of sadness.

"Catherin, it's not your fault. I know you didn't want to do this, Charles and Lelouch did." He said as he moved closer to her.

"I'm just happy that Nunnally has been a lot nicer than them." She said. She moved herself closer to him, close enough for her to feel his body's warmth without touching him. She giggled when she saw Kiku blush.

"I-I am glad we were able to become friends after our… history." He said, choosing his words carefully. Catherin's smile faded.

"I'm sorry about Tokyo, does it still hurt?"

"It gets itchy at times, but it doesn't hurt anymore." He said, scratching his gut.

"Well, sorry again."

"You've been apologizing for years now, and I have forgiven you every time, so why do to you still?"

"Because of what I did, not just to you but to everyone, everyone why was once and area, to the Euro Universe and UFN nations, and to my uncle Matthew." She explained, tears welling up in her eyes. Kiku wrapped his arms around her to confer her. She dug her face in his shoulder and let her tears fall.

After a few minutes, when she had no more tears to let fall, she looked up into Kiku's eyes.

"Are you better n…" Kiku was cut off when Catharine's lips where pressed against his. He didn't know what to do. She was kissing him, and god it felt good. But he didn't know the right way to react; he had never been in a situation like this. He stopped thinking about it when he realized he was kissing her back.

She pulled away when she needed air. He wasn't sure how long the kiss had been.

"Yes, much." She said, replying to the question he had asked.

In the distance a man watched, unnoticed by the couple.

"Well Alfred, your daughter has found someone." The man said. The man noticed his cell phone vibrate and answered it. "Hello, New France speaking… oh hi Sophie, how are thing's down in the Mexican Provinces… I see… yes, I know where she is… Catherine's with Kiku right now, and I don't think she'll be coming home tonight… alright, I'll see you at home honey… alright, by." He then hung up and looked at the couple one last time before he started to walk home.

End.

Thank you for reading. I know it's short, and I'm sorry. In case you're wondering, I made Matthew the personification of New France, because in Code Geass there was no American Revolution, so there was no migration of Loyalists into what is today Canada, so the French Canadians would probably be the majority.
