A/N: Hello All.

This is just a very short one-shot that I wrote a little while ago and am just now typing and posting. It's just something that will help waste a few moments of your day.

Please be kind and let me know what you think. It helps me put out more.

No one expected it, least of all them. Two close friends who have been through a lot together, with their friends and even on their own. No one ever gave any thought that the time the two friends spent on their own, away from their other three friends, was spent together.

The time that they spent together started out Innocent enough, but soon just eating a meal became a date and a friendly hug good-bye became a kiss on the cheek.

Then one day it happened. Lita was the last one to arrive at Raye's temple. She panted something about missing the bus and having to run the whole way. Amy had smiled slightly and placed a hand gently on the taller girl's face as she kissed her lips softly.

"Always pushing yourself. You could have called and have taken the next bus."

Even if Amy's words spoke of logic, they both knew why Lita chose the quicker option of arriving on foot. Lita could not wait to see Amy. Just as much as Amy wanted to see her.

"Sorry, Amy. You know how much I like the physical exertion."

"Uhm... Sorry to interrupt," both blue eyes and green turned to look at their friends. Once Raye had their attention, she continued. "but what's going on with you two?"

"What do you mean, Raye?" Serena asked in her usual clueless way.

"I think they're in love." Mina gushed. "Oh, why did I not see it before?" Her clear blue eyes took in just how close the two in question stood to one another. Comfortable in each other's presence.

"What!? No!? Reeally!?" Serena exclaimed in shock as she looked between her two friends.

Raye sighed as she pulled the two gawking blonde's away from Lita and Amy. "So, are you going to tell us? Or are you going to let these two keep speculating?" Her tone was the usual almost hash edge that they all knew so well, but her dark eyes shone in curiosity.

"Well," Amy started meekly as a soft blush took up most of her face. Then Lita placed a gentle hand on her shoulder and looked at her lovingly. It seemed to be the silent support the young genius needed. "To be honest, we never really talked about it ourselves. But I guess you could say that we have been seeing each other as more then friends for a little while now."

Lita nodded in agreement. "It just kind of happened." Her smile was broad and happy.

Raye smiled as Mina and Serena both had twin looks of equal parts curiosity for the gossip and playfulness to know about their friends' love lives. Yet, all three seemed accepting. Questions were asked and most were answered. There was just some things that were even too personal to talk about with your peers.

After the excitement wore down, the evening continued as any other when the five friends would get together. Amy and Raye were talking about a new song that they both liked, while the two blondes were trying to talk Lita into going into Raye's kitchen to make them something to eat. A normal day in the lives of five Sailor Scouts who were not needed at the moment to protect the world from a new evil. Just five friends enjoying the peace. For no one knew when the next enemy would arrive. Things like that just seem to happen when you least expect them to.
