This is a Durarara! and Tales of Graces f fan fiction.

Izaya threw his closed pocket knife up and down as he watched people walking by in that demented fascination he has. He began to smirk. "Man, this town is full of interesting people." The self-proclaimed "lover of humans" began to hatch up more schemes. "I wonder if Shizuo is here?" The young man discarded that thought. Even though it was always extremely amusing to see Shizuo go crazy whenever he saw him, it was also quite dangerous. Mostly because Shizuo throws huge things made of metal at him. Add the fact that Shizuo hates Izaya even more than he did before of his past incidents. Izaya thought he was a very interesting human. Yes, deeply interesting. Shizuo hated his guts, but that wasn't the interesting part. Izaya once pretended that Shizuo had broken both his arms. Shizuo did not act exactly how Izaya expected so it fascinated him. When Shizuo believed him, (he was quite convincing with his weakened voice and noises of pain) Shizuo did not try to hurt him more now that he was supposedly defenseless. No, quite the opposite actually, Shizuo tried to help him and actually seemed to feel bad. That made Izaya deeply enjoy when he showed him he was faking the entire time. But first he had to milk in the experience. Normal people would get furious at what Izaya did. But Shizuo was not a normal person. Short fuse, can't control his anger, he's practically a walking time bomb and he didn't listen to reason. So, when Izaya did that to him… Izaya smirked reminiscing that experience. Izaya looked around the marketplace looking for a victim, a fascinating person to amuse him and hide his pocket knife back in his jacket. Though, Izaya seriously doubted anyone in this place would know what it was. The town was like a town from a medieval storybook, making Izaya want to see its residents so much more. A good victim… a good victim… He thought trying to see which one would fascinate him the most. He saw a purple-haired girl who looked extremely native and fun to play with. He had also heard that this girl had a love for crablettes, prefect to use against her or more against other people. Izaya stood to his full height and walked over to the girl.

"Hey." Izaya said.

"Hello." She said in a friendly tone.

"Did you know that people hide crablettes in the bushes over there?"

"Really?!"

"Yep." The girl sprinted to the bushes and began furious searching through them. Izaya was enjoying this quite immensely for a couple of minutes, and then he got bored. He walked away, deciding to find more victims or maybe go back and see if someone comes out to tell her there are no crablettes in the bushes. Nah, he didn't want to get chewed out by her parents. He's twenty-three years old and didn't want to be told what to do. But then again, maybe he could amuse himself when he blows them off. After all, Izaya has done MUCH worse things than he just did. Izaya was not evil, but scarily close to it. He does what he wants to get the reaction he thinks will amuse him. Izaya is demented and is one of the people Masaumi told his best friend to never tick off. One of the others being Shizuo. These are guys who you should stay clear of for your physical health and mental health. Nah, Izaya decided to keep going.

….

After about a half an hour, Sophie (same girl as before but you probably already knew that) decided she must have missed out on the crablettes or the man was lying. Either way, she was quite disappointed. After this, Izaya was able to get to his world.
