Barry is usually uber patient, but even he has his limits. When every possible thing falls apart Barry gets pissed, breaks a window and flees. He manages to keep up with his Flash duties without communicating to anyone except Cisco. No one has seen him in weeks aside from Cisco. That is until Oliver steps in and he knows exactly how to calm Barry down.

I felt bad for breaking the window in S.T.A.R. labs and even worse for running away leaving Cisco to clean it up. I may feel bad, but I am still fairly pissed off. I couldn't just take a week off though to cool down because I was the flash. Super heroes never had days off. I left a not for Cisco since he was the only one who hadn't contributed to my anger. We set up a way to communicate in a way where I wouldn't have to see anyone else. It was petty, but I was really hurt by being told that I wasn't good enough by Dr. Wells and being told that I don't work hard enough by Caitlyn. This went on for a couple of weeks. I wasn't ready to confront my team just yet. I had just helped a boat in distress when Cisco told me everything was clear at the lab if I wanted to come back. I figured it wouldn't hurt. When I showed up Wells and Caitlyn weren't there, but Oliver was. "I heard you were mad at your team." He said. I sigh as I prepare to get a speech.

We ended up going on a walk as we talked. He was really good at listening and giving advice. He basically told me that there would come times that where my team and I would disagree, but it was bound to happen. I couldn't just abandon my team; it was a matter of talking it out even if I was super pissed. We had almost made it back to the lab when Oliver stopped me "For the record, Barry… You are absolutely good enough and you work harder than anyone else I know". I smile "Thanks" he nods in return. As he was walking away I called after him "Would you like to go to dinner?" he turns and gives me a smile "Sure, call me after you make amends with your team."
