Time to act like big brother
After a Krang fight the guys were exhausted and at home. Raph was playing in the pinball machine while Mikey was sitting in a corner staring at the ceiling.
Raph was getting madder every minute tapping the machine much hard every time.
"Raph, if you continue like this Master Splinter is going to punish us all" A purple masked turtle said walking through the room with a big cardboard box.
At that moment, a curious grow in Mikey's body so he stand up and followed his big brother toward his lab, leaving Raph with his bad aura.
"You want to play something?" Mikey said trying to see whatever was in that box
"No! …I am trying to patch up the Shellraiser. Can you leave, please? I am trying to concentrate" Donnie said pointing the door, not even seeing his little brother's eyes.
Mikey, whose face was happy, turned sad as he lead towards the door. But before leave, he turned his head to see Donnie again.
"You never have time to play…" He said a loud"…sometimes I think you like science more than me" Mikey said in a tone that he thought Donnie would never hear (but he did).
*Door close*
Donnie stopped what he was doing and he walked delicately towards the door were his baby brother was.
"Mikey, I don't like science more than you, you are my brother and I will always love you" Donnie said. Then Mikey rush were Donnie was and he hugged him. Maybe these days with all the Krang alerts and the night patrols, he forgot about having more time with his family. Leo and Raph? They wouldn't even notice it, but he was sure this was affecting his little brother.
"Umm… Mikey? You want to play video games?" Don said with a kindly face. With that Mikey nod and hugged him tightly.
"I love you, Donnie" Mikey said breaking the embrace
"I love you too, Mikey..." Don answered in reply.
"Don? What about the Shellraiser stuff?" Mikey ask with an innocent child face.
"That can wait…but my brother can't"
