Luna Lovegood believes in many things. Some of those things might not even really exist. Most people thought she was loony, hence the nickname "Loony Lovegood".
"You can laugh but people used to believe there were no such things as the Blibbering Humdinger or the Crumple-Horned Snorkcack!" she would always say.
Now as she walks with Rolf Scamander, her husband, she feels like she can do anything. Prove the world that they were wrong about some things.
So when she and Rolf discovered that Nargles actually exist, the news spread like wild fire. When a reporter asked her what she wanted to say to all the people who had doubted her, she smiled serenely and said "Wrackspurts clouded up their imagination."
The reporter looked at her oddly and she explained. "Wrackspurts make your brain go fuzzy. If there were no such thing as Wrackspurts, more people would be able to accept things that aren't considered normal. People wouldn't judge others and everyone would get along better. The possibilities are limitless when one uses their imagination."
