"What are you doing just standing here Rita? Are you okay?" Charlie asked, slightly concerned about her wellbeing due the the sustained siege of abuse she'd received from the clinical lead.
"Yeah I'm fine, look over there." Rita replied pointing to one corner, Charlie's gaze followed the direction of her finger, where Zoe stops talking to Max, a smile creeping across Zoe's face. "I think something is going on between them."
"Whatever gave you that impression?" Charlie asked, all too aware that nothing should shock him when it came to Zoe Hanna, she was law unto herself.
"It's in the way the look at each other." The pair stood in shock as Zoe and Max suddenly locked lips. "Told you." She laughed.
"Well she looks happy, it's not any of our business anyway." Charlie spoke, looking back to check that Zoe still looked happy.
"What am I going to do with you?" Zoe whispered as they pulled slightly apart, their foreheads still resting against one another.
"Well I have a list." Max replied, his normally cheeky personality shining through. Zoe only pulled him closer again as once again they got lost in their kisses. "I hate to break it to you but I think we're being watched." Max whispered into his new partner's ear. Zoe tilted her head slight only to ascertain that he was correct, that Rita and Charlie were in fact watching them.
"Oh well, it'll give them something to talk about." She replied, letting Max no that she was past sneaking around. "They'll just see how much I love you and how much I want you and this."
"What do you mean by this?"
"I want a proper relationship with you Max, no one else, just you and me."
"It's a good job that it's just you that I want then isn't it? I never wanted that nurse, I was just trying to make you jealous. I love you and just you."
"That's all in the past now, now come on let's get out of here, I'm starting to get freaked out by them watching us." Zoe spoke as she pressed her lips lightly to his a final time before she reached down to grab his hand.
"Is that Max with Zoe?" Robyn asked, shock evident in her tone, as she was the former clinical lead walk over to her car, her hand laced through someone who looked remarkably similar to the young nurse's brother.
"Yep." Rita replied, turning to face Robyn, "I wouldn't expect to see either of them again tonight." Rita laughed as she walked off.
A/N Sorry that this is a bit short but I seemed to have a lot of people asking me to do something on last nights ep and I've been busy today so this was the best I could do. I hope it's okay and can we just all take a moment to appreciate last nights episode, I'm still not coping! x
