Naruto tentatively touches Sasuke's hand, looking into his eyes.
"Sasuke," Naruto says softly. "I have something to tell you."
Sasuke looks at Naruto through his dark bangs, and intertwines their fingers. "What is it babe?" he asks.
Naruto gives him a sad smile and says, "Hot Topic closed."
Naruto expected the worst, but not for Sasuke to let go of his hand and put his face in his hands sobbing.
The tears streamed down his pale cheeks and his shoulders hitched with heaving breaths. Naruto could only watch as the one he loved had a part of his soul taken away from him.
