Kaichou-wa Maid-sama! does not belong to me or Usui would be mine ;D.
Taken from the song shuffle challenge.

Do Ya - McFly.

Misaki strolled towards the Maid Latte entrance, quietly jangling the keys as she twisted and locked the door. She felt mildly discontent about not seeing Usui at the café – maybe for once he was actually studying; she laughed at the mere thought of this hypothesis. As she turned away from the door, she heard an outsider pound on the glass, turning back, she noticed it was Usui. Walking back to the door – she could faintly hear him gasping for air. She reluctantly made her way back to the door, slotting the key into the lock and twisting it slowly.

"What is it now, Usui?" (Do ya, do ya, do ya love me?)

"Zombies, Misaki! Zombie apocalypse-", as she pulled open the door, the blonde teenager felt into a heap on the café door mat.

She kicked Usui away from the door as she returned to lock the door, "Honestly, Usui, this is probably the least believable of all the excuses you've ever made. Ever".

He looked back up at the maid, looking somewhat hurt, "But it's true, I've been running from them since the underground, they're heading this way, now!"

As Usui calmed down, Misaki felt that his utterly absurd and quite frankly insane story was becoming mildly more believable – then again, she did have to remind herself that it was Usui, just the other week he had tried to convince her that her clothes were on fire to make her strip. Honestly, she thought he would have learnt his lesson from the beating she had given him afterwards. She peered out through the window, straining her eyes to see what was upon the horizon.

"Where are they now? I can't see any zombies-", out from nowhere, three zombies appeared by the door, banging fiercely against the glass. Startled, she let out a small scream as Usui took her hand and led her to safety in the kitchen.

As he looked into her eyes, he hesitated slightly, "I don't know how much longer we've got before they get in. My guess is about a minute", he said bluntly.

"What? Are zombies that strong?"

He nodded, "Yes, but I know how to defeat a zombie", he added proudly.

She looked at him unconvincingly for a moment before reminding herself that however farfetched it sounded, that it was her only hope – he was her only hope.

"How? How Usui?"

"It's simple, Misa-chan-", he pointed towards his heart, "Since zombies are dead they don't have a heart, do they?" she nodded as his theory was unexpectedly somewhat logical.

"So, they don't know how to love". (Do ya, do ya, do ya dream about me, oh when you're sleeping on your own?)

"So what do we need to do?"

Standing back up, he lent her a hand, leading her back into the dining area of the café, "We show them what love is".

She tugged him back into the kitchen, however after failing, she tried reasoning with him, "But, but you said they would kill us! Usui!"

He dragged her back to the door; he kissed her passionately and looked the three zombies dead in the eyes, "I love this girl, Ayuzawa Misaki". (Won't you tell me do you really love me 'cause I wanna know.)

She blushed slightly, "And I love this man, Usui Takumi!"

She noticed the zombies reach for their hair, whipping off wigs – she was somewhat startled to discover Aoi, Sakura and Subaru dressed as zombies – another sly plan orchestrated by Usui for her to admit her feelings for him.
