Tsume walked down the busy streets of Konoha with Kuromaru by her side. She was going to congratulate her son, who was usually a failure, on his first successful B-ranked mission. She was as proud as a mother could be at that moment. She knew not of how much that was about to change.
She took a sharp left on Sakura no Hana street, the street where all the cherry blossom trees blossomed there beautiful pink flowers in sush a quantity that one would almost feel they left their old world behind and entered a world of peace. Tsume had always felt at ease here, and on her way to the mission tower, she often log-cutted through there. On this particular day, she was going to have wish she hadn't
The cherry blossom season was a season of love. Many couples sneaked away from there homes and hid away in the cherry blossoms to kiss their significant other, Tsume never expected her children to do something like that. Untill she saw it with her own eyes.
Two figures, about the same size, lay on top of each other. The were in a deep kiss. Tsume thanked Kami that they still had clothing on, and usually wouldn't interfere with a teenage couple. But something inside her told her to take a closer look, and gut feelings were most important to the Inuzuka.
So she did take a closer look.
And she did not like the sight.
Her heir and daughter, Hana, was one of the lovers. The other was none other than the trouble-some no-good son of Shibi's, Shino. Hana was on bottom while Shino lay on top of her, a passionate kiss connected them. Tsume hoped that was the only thing that was connected between them at the moment, or their would be repercussions.
The tall, firece woman just stood and watched them from four feet away to make sure nothing else was going on. She couldn't smell it, due to a cold (which Hiashi joked would one day end the Inuzuka clan) which she had recently developed. Kuromaru wagged his tail twice, which was their silent motion for 'negitave'.
"Good" she accidentally said aloud.
Hana and Shino jumped up almost instantly. "Um....hi. What's up" they blushed. A fear of discovery was evident in their voices.
"Well, I think you know whats up, Hana" She silently swore, She wanted to see if her foolish daughter would go all the way. The two teens didn't respond, so Tsume blatantly stated " Hana, can you tell me exactly how far that was going? Or should I inform Shibi?" She turned to Shino as she said the last part.
"Well.....we were going...just to kiss...for a while...then i was going to....give Hana these" Shino answered as he held up two tickets to an arena match in Suna.
Tsume hadn't expected that. "Well I'm going to...wait what?" she said. "She took the tickets. They were real. "Hmmmm..." She continued. "Let me consult..."
"Mother, please," Hana objected,. But she objected in a calm, civilized manner. Most unlike a normal Inuzuka would. "I would like permission to go, just this once, out with a friend without having you consult your mother or the clan elders. I mean, for the love of Kami, I'm eighteen and I can barely walk out of the house unless i get your permission!" She continued her objection sounding scared at first, but grew self-esteem.
Tsume was surprised about her daughter's boldness. "Ok..." She barely managed to say that in her surprised state. Hana and Shino left without a word, leaving Kuromaru with a very surprised Tsume.
They feared the day they would return to Konoha. It would not be pretty.
