PROLOGUE
The wind was howling in the little town of Godric's hollow. James and Lily potter were sitting on the couch with their one year old child, when there was an earth shattering screeching sound heard outside by everyone in the little town. The door to the potter household was blasted open only moments after the sound was heard.
''Run Lily take harry with you!'',shouted James potter
Lord Voldemort walked into the house and James immediately started throwing curses at him. Lord voldermort threw up a shield, the curses then bounced off harmlessly. Before James potter could throw another curse at him he found himself in a full body bind curse.
His eyes scanned the room looking for voldemort and immediately found himself looking into his narrow red eye's that were gazing at him intently and then he spoke. ''If it isn't the mudblood lover James potter. You are a disgrace to purebloods everywhere, but it doesn't matter now anyway because I'm about to kill you.'' hissed voldermort in a snake like voice
Moments later a sickly green light was seen hitting James potter in the chest.Voldermort then headed upstairs to the nursery and destroyed the wards protecting it. He then blasted the doors aside and walked into the nursery only to find Lily potter begging for her son's life.
He then said, ''Step aside you stupid girl and I will spare you.''
''Never you evil bastard!'' shouted Lily potter to voldemort.
He then shot a killing curse that hit Lily potter in the chest and blasted her into the wall. He then pointed his wand at harry and shot a killing curse with all the power he could put into it at the child. He could only stare shocked as the curse hit the child and rebounded back at him,hitting him in the chest and ripping his soul out of his body and he disappeared moment's later.
A FEW HOURS LATER AT NUMBER #4 PRIVET DRIVE, LITTLE WHINGING
The headmaster of hogwarts Albus Dumbledore was walking up the pathway to the house with a baby harry in a basket in his hands, when he reached the door he put the basket down in front of the door with a note and apparated away.
The next morning when Petunia Dursley woke up and opened the door she found a baby outside the door with the note. She picked up the note and read it when she was done she immediately shouted, '' Vernon come here quickly!''. When Vernon dursley got downstairs he saw his wife with a baby and a note. He went to his wife and she handed him a note and said, '' I will not have a freak messing up our perfectly normal family.''
Vernon dursley immediately agreed, got dressed took the child from his wife's arms and drove off to a a orphanage about 10 hours away. When he arrived he took the child to the door and wrote a note with the child's name and date of birth he remembered from the note that was with the child, got back in he's car and drove away.
The next morning when the orphanage matron awoke she went downstairs, opened the door and found a baby with a note detailing the child's date of birth and name. She then took the child inside wondering how the child's parents could not want such a cute child.
AN:This is a dark!twisted harry potter fanfic. There will be a few other relationships harry will be in before the main pairing happens which is harry/daphne.
