My Outlaws

Kalila. I am so glad Djaq taught me that word before her and Will decided to stay in the Holy Land. If you had to think up of all the words that described Much, Kalila would be near the top of that list. Shut-up worked, but only when he wasn't rambling on about rabbits and squirrels tasting like chicken. . . they still don't just to let you know.

So when he's mumbling about how he'd love to have a nice venison stew I just yell Kalila. No matter how many times I shout it, it always succeeds in making him shut-up and everyone else laugh. I'm really glad Djaq taught me that word, we haven't laughed a lot since the Holy Land.

John went back to see his family and explained why he couldn't be with them. Alice was weeping when I showed up and gave her the answer she wanted to hear. John would be with her later, but right now he had to help protect England. Her and Little John visit us sometimes, it's a really nice treat. The only thing that dampens my mood is the look on Robin's face, that look of longing. I know he wants his wife back. I know he wants to be married more than a minute. And I know he wants children.

Allan is doing good. He's using his lying tongue to benefit us and he is getting better at telling the truth every once in a while. I really like Allan. I know he's a bit hurt that Djaq and Will got married, but he'll get over that soon. I have a feeling that his heart was starting to lean a bit towards Marian.

Djaq and Will keep in touch. They have a baby on the way and Will is sure it's a girl. Djaq thinks it's a boy. I told Will to listen to his physician wife, but he won't. They both agreed on one thing though, names. If it is a boy they are going to name his Carter. Seeing that name and having Robin read it allowed made me feel like he was sitting right beside me holding my hand. When Robin couldn't read what they were going to name the baby, I took the letter from him and continued reading past that line.

We all knew what they would name her, Marian.

Everyone lost someone that day in the Holy Land. Robin lost Marian. I lost Carter. Allan lost the two woman he had a small crush on. And we all lost Will and Djaq as members of our camp. You'd think we'd all want to kill ourselves and join our lost comrades. But in reality, when you really think about it, we only lost two people. To fighters, to saviors. To people we will never forget.

And while we remember them, I am intent on helping my friends get over their losses. I am determined to live how Marian and Carter would want me and the others to live. I will always help my friends, my family . . . my outlaws.

AN: You know, I kind of like my unnamed character. It's a great way for me to vent my frustration and stuff that I felt towards the characters. Any suggestions on what I should write next for my lovely little no name character? please review.
