The Eleventh Doctor lie on the ground, shaking in pain. Clara looked at him, worried for his life. But at the same time, the Doctor had a very

slight look in his eyes, saying "I knew this would happen at Trenzalore."

The Doctor shook in pain. Clara saw all sorts of pain in his eyes. But the one thing Clara saw in his eyes most was loss.

The Great Intellegence, also known as Dr. Simeon, had just stepped into his timeline. What once was a pure blue blob of ... well "stuff" was

now red. The Great Intellegence had stepped into his line of time. He turned all his victories into defeats and made the Doctor feel many

deaths.

Clara looked at him squirming in pain.

How can I save him? What do I do! What do I DO!

Clara calmed herself. She looked at the Doctor and realized she would have to step in his timeline to save him. There she wondered:

What exactly is he going through?

One of the few memories Simeon didn't touch: The Bad Wolf.

That was a lie. He didn't leave the memories alone, he highlighted them. All the Doctor could see was Rose, all he saw was her. It felt as if the

memory were drawing him in, causing him to relive it. He was in so much pain, he couldn't fight it. He gave up fighting the memory, drawing him

in.

He was now his past self. He was looking in to the Rose's eyes. She stood there sobbing, she wished he could just pull her in for a hug. But he

couldn't. She was a projection. She was really in the parallel universe and him in the TARDIS. He had so many things he had never got to say

to her. But there was one thing he knew he must say.

He opened his mouth to speak, but was cut off by Rose.

"Doctor, I-" she shuttered and her sobbing intensified.

The Doctor looked at her. He couldn't live with her in pain. He would rip the universe apart for her. But he knew better. All he wanted to do

was curl up and cry. But he can't, he had to stay strong for her.

"I-I-love you" Rose confessed and continued sobbing.

The Doctor knew that, and she knew he loved her. But, still numb from her being gone he said the only words he could bring himself to say.

"Quite right, too" The Doctor replied with a slight wobble in his voice. He hoped she didn't notice it. "...and I suppose it's my last chance to say

it"

Time felt as if it had frozen.

"Rose Tyler, I-"The transmission stopped, tears stung his eyes. He felt as if all he had known was torn into pieces, then rebuilt, then destroyed

again.

This was the worst moment of the Doctor's life, the devastation in Rose's, eyes. This was one of the most ruined moments in his

life. Sure, he loved River, but Rose and the Doctor had a better connection. The Time War scarred him, but Rose healed him, but then smashed

it all at her departure. He didn't know what was next for him, but he knew one thing.

She will always be his Rose Tyler.
