"Ah, don't you just love this?" Henry smiled, as he lifted his head towards the sky.

"Oh yeah," Vicki muttered, as she tried to clean off her glasses, "It comes just after getting branded by a demon."

"Why are you such a pessimist?" Henry asked honestly.

"Oh, I don't know…" she drew out, "maybe it's because I'm constantly being hunted by anything evil or…it could be because I'm a Pisces," she added sarcastically.

"Why be so pessimistic about this particular situation though?"

"Well, let's see. I'm completely drenched, my hair is sticking out all over the place, and my glasses keep fogging up!" she huffed.

"I told you that you should have brought your umbrella," he scolded, shaking a finger at her.

"Yeah, but whenever I bring my umbrella, it doesn't rain and then when I forget it, it downpours." Vicki exclaimed as she threw up her hands in defeat.

"Oh Vicki," Henry chuckled, "This is not a downpour. I've seen a lot worse in my time."

"Oh, here we go, sage Henry," she said as she rolled her eyes at him.

Henry laughed, "Here we go, sarcastic Vicki Nelson."

Both looked at each other and shook their heads.

"Ugh, and see," Vicki began as she pulled and pointed at a strand of her hair, "When we finally get to some place dry, my hair will start to frizz and I'll have an afro," she pouted.

Henry laughed.

"I think you'd look cute with an afro," he smiled sweetly at her.

Vicki glared at him.

"No, believe me, I don't. I have one every time I wake up in the morning," she sighed.

Henry smirked.

"I'd like to see that."

"Well," Vicki began, before realizing what he was implying, "Henry!"

She playfully punched him in the arm as he chuckled.

"Come on, you totally set yourself up for that one," he smirked again.

"Oh, I guess I did. I forgot that I was with the King of sexual innuendos."

Both Henry and Vicki looked at each other and started laughing.

After Henry regained his composure, he said, "That was surprisingly funny."

"Well, I do have a good joke every now and then."

Henry and Vicki stopped at the entrance to Vicki's building.

Henry bowed.

"Well, I will see you tomorrow night."

"Ugh," Vicki sighed, "I wish I had someone to help me tame my ever-expanding afro."

Vicki looked Henry straight in the eye with a seductive glimmer.

"Is that an invitation?" Henry asked hesitantly.

"Well," Vicki began, trying to look innocent; "I figure that in your almost 500 years, you've seen a lot of big hair."

"That I have."

"Well, I think that your experience qualifies you for the job." Vicki said as she opened the door to her building.

Henry's expression turned darkly seductive as he started to follow her, but then stopped.

"Wait, is this for real?" he questioned.

"Well I guess I could always call Mike and have him come over to help me," Vicki said nonchalantly as she climbed the stairs.

"Oh, no, no, no. I'm coming," Henry stated firmly as he quickly climbed the stairs to catch up with her.

Vicki just opened the door when Henry reached the landing. Once they were both inside, Henry turned to her.

"That was a low blow bringing Mike into this," he said seriously.

"Well, it got you up here, didn't it?" Vicki smirked.

Henry smirked back as his eyes darkened once again.

"That it did."
