I don't own Monk or Trudy for that matter because if I did I would never have taken her away from the man who lives, breathes and functions only for her

Trudy and Adrian snuggled together in each others comforting embrace. They couldn't go anywhere but it didn't matter. As long as they had each other, they were anywhere they needed to be. Together was the only place they wanted to be. Confinement didn't mean anything as long as they were together.

On the first day they set up a picnic in the living room. Adrian loved it because it meant that they didn't have to eat outdoors and it was neat and clean. Afterwards they put in a video of their favorite movie and watched it. Following that, they ordered pizza for lunch. They spent the rest of the day cuddling in bed together.

They slept in late on day two. Trudy wrote her poetry while Adrian cleaned. Then they put on a CD and danced for almost the full day. They ordered Deli for dinner and then they went to bed after cleaning up. It was a perfect day.

Day three was actually a little rough. Trudy had the 24 hour flu. The doctor came over to see them and prescribed fluids, chicken noodle soup and Tylenol but they had no Tylenol in the house. Monk called Randy who happened to live nearby to both the pharmacy and them and brought it over. The next day she was feeling better.

Irony is never sweet. Adrian picked up her flu the next day. Luckily they still had Tylenol left. He slept late and woke up feeling better. They were able to finish off the day with strawberry ice cream and a comedy video.

Day five they got up early and had breakfast on the patio. It was such a beautiful day out and there was a cool breeze.

"When we're together," Trudy told her husband, "everything is perfect"

He kissed her and agreed with that one.

"You're my reason for living," he told her, "if I lost you I would completely break"

Day six, ironically would have been the day that he lost her. Instead they spent the whole day snuggling under the covers, having a pillow fight and creating a new life who would later be known as Hope. The next day would be the last day. Most people would be happy about that but they found it a bit sad. They wouldn't be able to be together 24/7 after tomorrow.

Day seven was the final day.

"You know what I think Adrian," Trudy told him, "I think this has been the perfect week."

"That's because you're perfect," he told her

"As long as we're together," she said, "we are perfect"

So ended the perfect week.
