Marry Me Evans

The first thing that James Potter ever said to me was "Marry me, Evans." It had been the third day of the first year at Hogwarts. It was the day we had our first flying lesson. I was the first one on a broom and off the ground. James was right behind me.

I loved the feeling, already beating him at something. It was a feeling that would stay with me forever. I was feeling all smug and I looked at him and stuck out my tongue. He looked at me in awe and said "Marry me, Evans." It wasn't a question it was a demand.

Seven years later I was answering yes to that question. We had been dating for a little while and I loved him. I truly did, and it amazed me that he loved me to. It was the last day we would be at Hogwarts. We were messing around at the Quidditch field and I was flying circles around him. Even though he was a seeker I matched his every skill. Far too soon it was time to leave. I beat James to the ground and stuck my tongue out. He looked at me in awe and said, "Marry me, Evans." And I did.

AN: I just wanted to write something really short and sweet and this is what I came up with. I know its short but I hope you liked it.
