The story is when they are still in Trainee squad.
It was really weird.
Bertholdt with a pokerface. Yep, very strange.
Annie with big idiot grin. Double strange.
Here is Reiner, sweating as if he's going to be executed in next second. Can it get strange further?
No.
"So, what was happening?" 'Berthold' is the one, who brings up the conversation. He stuttered, worried that he mentioned something wrong—especially with Reiner's face. Well, maybe it's only him because Reiner and Annie didn't seem to worry about how their face could ruin someone's personality in other's eyes.
Did he worry too much?
From this view, it's really clear that three of them had a really different personality. It would be pretty hard for them to act like their friends.
"Wow, I know you have a pretty small chest—but I never expect it would be THIS small. Even mine is bigger." Reiner opened his mouth, Bertholdt was pretty sure that Annie was going to smack him if only Reiner wasn't in her own body. Well, half of them are because Bertholdt tried to stop his own huge body to smack Annie's small figure.
"What are we going to do?"
After making sure that Reiner won't open his mouth recklessly, Annie threw out the question. Of course, none of them would have any idea why this happened, so they knew not to ask them because it would probably lead to unanswerable question.
Silence.
"Well…go on with our life until we find our way back to our bodies?" Bertholdt swore he was trying to help, but the doubting look from both his face and Annie's face really made him felt uncomfortable. He just dug his own grave, he thought. "But Annie, it would probably the only solution." Reiner couldn't think they should hide until they are back to their bodies, right? Everyone would be suspicious, especially when they need to hide the fact that they are Titan and not human's allies.
Too much things to hide.
"Reiner, wait."
Annie stopped Reiner when he was going to go back to their place, knowing something was really weird and Annie couldn't let they just walked away with that.
"Hmn?" Reiner replied, turned around to see Annie-in-Bertholdt's-body.
"Don't you think it's wrong?" Annie tried to test her friends brain capability, although the '?' looks answered everything. If only they are not fellow-titans-from-the-same-village, Annie would never dream to hang out with them. "Reiner, you are still a guy, no matter how you look like now." Is it really hard to understand common sense?
"Fear not, Annie. For I am…" A big grin appeared on Annie's face, although everyone by now knew it was Reiner's usual idiot grin. "…probably interested in Bertholdt's pecs compared to your tiny chest." It was an implication that he was gay, but used in a wrong way that might ticks someone else.
SMACK!
"Annie! Stop! It's your own body!" Bertholdt was holding Annie's since she just hit Reiner-in-Annie's-body with Bertholdt's gigantic body. "It seems your stupidity still remain intact with your soul." Annie hissed, Reiner probably learned not to pull that kind of joke in front of Annie.
"Annie! How dare you hurt my pretty face!" Reiner stared at Annie with a scared looks, sitting on the ground like a princess that was slapped by her step-mother.
"Stop using my face to say weird things!" Annie was ready to stomp at Reinert, utilizing her new body that is huge as hell, if only Bertholdt wasn't holding him and Reiner still there—since Reiner already escaped. "Reiner! Get back here or you'll learn not to mess with me!" Usually Annie has calm demeanor, but everyone has their own limits. She pushed Bertholdt and tried to run after Reiner.
Now, Bertholdt seems like he can't process anything. Knowing that nothing would happen if he stays still, he just followed both of his friends and hoping the best would happen.
