Michael place his hand on Justin's shoulder and gently squeezed it as they watch Brian go down the terminal to board the plane headed for New York.
"Come on Justin, lets go."
"He told me that he wasn't going to look back. That I should just move on, Michael. I should just forget him because he surely is."
Michael didn't know what to say to him, so he wrapped one arm around his shoulder and lead him back outside the airport and towards his mom's car.
Michael made a promise to himself that he would watch out for Justin from now on and try to be there for him as much as possible.
As they left the airport, they never saw the hazel eyed man pause just out of sight from the terminal as he watched two of the most important men in his life walk away.
Ok so this is an idea I had and was wondering if anyone can write it up if they are interested. The challenge is this: What if Brian had gotten the job in New York, leaving everyone behind. What if Justin found out later on that he was pregnant, one of the few men able to conceive but decided to wait to see if he would be able to keep said baby to full term? What if Michael was to find out, and promised Justin to be there for him every step of the way? What if Justin had an accident that resulted in forgetting all about Brian and no one else? And finally, what if Michael was able to convince the 'family' not to tell Brian on what has been going on in Justin life, feeling that Brian has no right as he all but abandon Justin who he has come to see as his little brother?
