Author's Note: Written for the Livejournal Community Trueblood100, a drabble challenge contest. This will be a collection of un-related drabbles written for said challenge. (Also, just because they're drabbles doesn't mean you shouldn't review! Let me know if you feel I'm hindered by the word-count or that I really took the prompt out of the box. I appreciate all feed-back!)

Prompt: Cold

It wasn't normal to appreciate your boyfriend's ability to lie to you. It wasn't normal to appreciate how well your lover could hide his true nature. Bill made sure that he fed at least a little before their dates, so his body would be softer and warmer to her touch. Bill only fed from her in the throes of passion (panic), the better to blur the feral nature of the frenzy that overwhelmed him then. Sookie hardened her expression and stared down Eric and realized not for the first time that he was the cold, hard truth of the situation.
