Harry Potter And The New Alliance

Chapter 1
Harry Potter lay on his bed while looking out his window. He was three weeks into the summer after his fifth year, the memories of the Department of Mysteries incident still fresh in his mind. Last week Dumbledore sent a letter to the Dursleys explaining what happened. Amazingly, the Dursleys finally found a place in their hearts for harry after reading it.
For some reason the only people that were that were owling him were Bill, Charlie, Ginny, the twins, Remus, Tonks, Mad-Eye Moody, Professor McGonagall, and Dumbledore. The last time he tried to owl Hermione Hedwig came back looking like she got hit with a frying pan and when he tried Ron she came back with a broken leg.
As he looked out the window something in the sky caught his eye. When he looked closer he saw three owls coming towards his window one he recognized as a Hogwart's owl but the others he couldn't place. As they flew in through his open window he saw they had the Gringotts and Ministry seals on them. The owls dropped off their letters and flew back out the window. Harry opened the Hogwart's letter first.
Dear Harry,
I am very pleased to inform you that after hours of research I found more information about the veil that Sirius fell through. It may take another day or two but the veil will spit Sirius back out.

Harry was overjoyed after that bit of information but bit back the cries of joy and then turned to the letter from Ministry.
Dear Mr. Potter,
After putting several Death Eaters under Verateserum we have been convinced that Sirius Black was falsely accused, has been cleared of all charges, and since Albus Dumbledore has told us that he will return in a few days he will receive compensation for the time he has spent in Azkaban and in hiding.

That only added to Harry's joy. Next he read the letter from Gringotts.
Dear Mr. Potter,
The reading of your parent's will will be on July 31st. It will be read by Albus Dumbledore. You are to come with Sirius Black and Remus Lupin. If you are incapable of coming at this time please notify us before hand.

The next day there was a knock on the front door. When Harry opened it guess who was standing there?
