Dragon Poems
Summery: Dragon Poems. A poem about a lady who falls in love with a dragon.
On yonder hill,
She lies,
And waits.
In a princes form,
He comes for her,
And she greets him with a smile,
A smile to melt ones heart.
An outcast is she,
For falling in love,
With a dragon,
In glittery armor.
She a fair maid,
With golden locks,
And dainty hands,
Beautiful.
And he a dragon,
Silver scales flashing,
And glowing ruby eyes,
Terrible power.
Yet she through fear,
Saw a true heart,
Hidden by ferocity,
And hardened by anger.
And when she saw,
His heart of hearts,
She softened him,
With her touch.
And he, in turn, fell for her,
Her beauty, her touch,
And most of all,
Her love for him.
And now, together, they will leave,
This place where dragons are,
And humans who fight them,
And go to a place where love,
Is boundless.
Reveiw! Tell me what you think!
