Maerad and Cadvan were sitting on a bench in the park in Innail. They sat silently in peace. There was nothing to say. Maerad and Silvia were leaving on a one month journey to help the devestated areas affected by the war. As they were about to leave, Cadvan spun Maerad around to face him.
"Maerad," he said quietly, "I know that you are leaving and I have a few wishes."
"Anything," Maerad whispered.
"I hope the days come easy and the moments pass slow," Cadvan said, "And each road takes you where you want to go. And if you're faced with a choice and you have to choose, please choose the one that means the most to you. If one door closes, I hope another one opens. I hope you keep on walking until you find a window. And if it gets cold, show the world the warmth of your smile. But most importantly...
"My wish is that this life becomes all that you want it to. I hope your dreams stay big and worries stay small. You never have to carry more than you can hold. And while you're out there getting where your getting to, just know that somebody loves you. And he wants the same thing too.

Maerad looked at Cadvan with a lot of love. "Oh, Cadvan," she said, "Cadvan I will grant you your wishes. I promise. And I love you too."
The two hugged romanticly. Maerad reached up and brushed her lips against his. "May all your dreams stay true," she whispered.
