HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOO EVERYBODY MIDNIGHTSKY IS BACK IN BUSINESS AND I AM SOOOOO SORRY FOR THE LONG WAIT! Anyway I ahd a very long break but I used it wisely to help me create this new story which many of you have asked for.
"FATHR VIKING 2"
So you all know the cast but here are some new character! Okay so since i made stoick a dragon in the first story so obviously Valka will be a nightfury too, and i'm going to spice things up a bit. There's going to be more nightfuries so here is chapter one enjoy and I am glad to be back in business. Oh and FYI, this takes place like uh...Like, one year after the events of the first story, like after the invention of the first dragon race.
"Our racers are down by the following, Snotlout and Fishlegs lays with no sheep, the twins with seven, and Astrid and Hiccup are tied with ten!" Stoick announced as he heard the constant cheering from the village. He then tapped Gobber as he whispered,"It's time Gobber."
"Righty ho Stoick." Gobber nodded, as he headed off to the sheep pens as he shouted, "LAST LAP! Tie breaker!" With that, the black sheep was released to run for his little life while six certain dragons riding with their riders chase him down.
"The black sheep!" Astrid gasped as she urged Stormfly to follow it. "Come on girl we can still win this and beat Hiccup! Come on girl!" She fly as her eyes narrowed towards her target while she made sure a certain duo wasn't following her. The just before Stormfly's claws could get the sheep, a black flash zoomed by them, taking their prey with them! Astrid just shook her head since she had a good clue who were the ones who snatched up the black sheep.
"Come on Toothless, we can do this!" Hiccup encouraged until he saw Snotlout flying right infront of them as Toothless sarcastically reassured, "Oh yeah we'll definately make it with those two hotheads ahead of us."
"Come on, we haven't been practicing that new trick for nothing." With another click on the saddle, they flew under the hotheads and flew their way towards the academy, where Gothi waved the little purple flag infront of five baskets. "Easy Toothless, we're almost there...Now!" The duo turned upside down where Hiccup dropped the sheep in the busket while the crowds went wild!
"THAT'S TWENTY! HICCUP TAKES THE GAME!" Stoick announced as Toothless flew by with Hiccup to wave to the cheering vikings! "That's my boy."
"Don't forget that the instructions I left at the forge and...Gobber are you paying attention?" Stoick asked, it was after a short celebration from the race as he was grabbing several maps and other stuff he need for some sort of trip. Gobber was too busy flirting with a woman until Gobber was hit on the head by Toothless's tailto grab his attention.
"Ow! Oh yeah I'm definately listening, don't worry about a thing Stoick, Spitelout and I will take care of everything while you,Hiccup, and the other teens enjoy your vacation," Gobbr reassured, but before he could go back to flirt, he was hit by two terrible terrors who weren't themselves. Hiccup looked over at Toothless as the both turned red while they listened to the two terrors, and began to have their own conversation. "So Toothless...How's life?"
"Hiccup?" Stoick questioned, since he noticed both boy and dragon turn red. "What were those terrors talking about?"
"Uh...Let's just say they're planning their future...It's mating season for the dragons," Hiccup explained while Gobber added, "It's love in air, you'll get that soon Stoick. One day you'll fall in love."
"Oh no," Stoick laughed as he packed the stuff he gathered on his dragon Thornado. "There won't be any falling in love for me, not for this viking right Hiccup, Toothless?" Toothless cooed as while Hiccup tried to restrain his laughter while asking the nightfury. "No way Toothless, he did something that reckless?"
"Toothless," Stoick warned, but before Hiccup could translate, Astrid showed up, kissing the teen before asking, "So are you ready?"
"Uh..Yep, ready." Hiccup blushed, ignoring the playful looks from Stoick and Gobber. "So, where are we going?"
"I'm thinking of those nice islands where Toothless and I used to migrate to when we were young," Stoick suggested as he mounted on top of Thornado. "It's getting dark, we should get some sleep, we'll be up bright and early tomorrow." With that, Hiccup and Toothless followed the chief back to their home as the moon rose and the village went to sleep.
Once Hiccup was getting himself ready for bed, he asked Stoick with a smirk. "So are you sure you won't fall in love dad? Toothless and I will be more than happy to find the perfect woman for you."
"I'm sure, besides I have you son," Stoick answered as he embraced his son. "What more could I want if I have you as my son, Toothless, Thornado, and everyone else. Now get to sleep, I don't to wake up to one of yours and Toothless's roars of delight outside on a midnight flight you snuck out to without my permission again."
"Fine, but in my defense, Toothless convinced me to," Hiccup chuckled before said dragon slapped his head with his tailfin. "Goodnight dad."
"Goodnight son," Stoick smiled as he headed downstairs to see his son and younger brother fall fast asleep. With that, Stoick got himself comfortable on his chair before falling asleep to a dream, or more like a flashback.
"Stoick! Stoick! Hurry up you slowpoke!" A young nightfury shouted in delight as she flew ahead of Stoick, who was flying after her.
"How can I hurry if you're blocking my way Valka?!" Stoick laughed as he sped up only to fly side by side with Valka. The young teenage nightfuries were racing around their island, each one trying to stop the other from going ahead.
"Yeah but if you hadn't ate more fish than usual then you could have caught up to me by now!" Valka laughed as she shoved Stoick aside, flying ahead towards the icy cliffs until she suddenly heard the mountains begin to rumble! An avalanche if snow and ice began to fall on top of the two flying nightfuries! Stoick managed to dodge the falling ice but Valka wasn't lucky. Ice and snow fell on top of her wings as she began to plummet down to the icy depths of the sea!
Her screams of panic caught Stoick's attention as he flew faster passed the snow adice and made his way to the sea. "VALKA!"
He dived in the water, swimming his way to Valka until they both resurfaced, coughing water out until they saw a familiar nightfury call out to them while two other dragons held them as they flew to safety.
A Few Hours Later...
"You two almost gave me a heat attack!" Farris scolded the two nighfuries while they were getting warm in the cave as he turned to Stoick. "Especially you Stoick, what am I going to do if I lost you?"
"Sorry Farris, I was just being stupid again," Stoick apologized as he looked down until Farris calmed down a bit. "As long as you two are safe, I'm sure it wouldn't be much trouble...I have to go explain this to Valka's father, she broke a wing there."
With that, Farris left the cave, leaving Stoick and Valka alone to stay warm. They were both in silence until she broke the silence. "Sorry to get you in trouble Stoick, I managed to break a wing and get us in trouble...I'm such a lousy nightfury."
"Hey, you're not a lousy nightfury," Stoick reassured, "With a little more practice you'll be flying as fast as I am." Valka tensed at the mention of flying but she made sure Stoick didn't notice but she remained silent.
Stoick sighed before his pupils landed on his ambulant shaped like the sun with the moon attached to it that he found on an abandoned ship a few months ago. Without hesitation, Stoick removed the necklace and placed it around Valka, who looked at him surprised. He just smiled her, and she smiled back. The dancing lights of the sky suddenly appeared as they performed around the scene.
Carefully getting up with her broken wrapped up wing, Valka used her claws to carve two nighfuries flying side by side, as she smiled, indicating that the two nightfuries were she and Stoick. Before they could say anything, they heard Valka's father call out. "Valka, time to go!"
"You're going to the alpha's nest with the tribe tonight aren't you?" Stoick guessed as Valka nodded in response.
The nightfury tribe used to live with the other dragons but with the increase of viking attacks, the leaders of the tribe agreed to migrate to the dragon sanctuary where the mighty alpha lived. Only the other dragon species and Stoick's family decided to stay where they lived.
"I'll see you again someday," Valka promised as she ran off to her father, leaving Stoick to watch her climb aboard a thunderdrum that agreed to transport her to the sanctuary with her father flying right above.
He stood at the edge of the cave, watching Valka disappear along with the rest of the tribe of nightfuries, without any clue if he will ever see them again.
"Dad?" "Dad!?" "DAD WAKE UP!" Hiccup sighed, knowing that his yelling won't wake up the man up so he turned to Toothless, who easily knew what the teen was planning. Soon Stoic found himself getting hit with a bucket full of cold water !
"Wha...What!?" He gasped as he got up from his sleep, only to see Hiccup and Toothless look at him amused as the teen asked Stoick with amusement.
"So who's Valka?"
