One day, 2 alchemist brothers named Edward and Alphonse elric were sitting around in their house after fighting off father. It wasn't too long after it happened, but it was still a harsh day. The two alchemist lived with their adoptive parents Roy mustang and risa Hawkeye. Edward was reading a book while Alphonse sat around by a fire as the rain fell on the window on this dark night. Alphonse heard a knock at the door, so he got up and answered it. When he looked out, he was shocked to see who it was!
Edward came to the door to see envy beat up, abused, bleeding and crying. Edward helped envy in and helped him up the stairs to a room. Edward got envy cleaned up a bit and looked at the crying child. Edward felt sorry for the young envy and hugged him. Envy panicked for a second but then noticed Edward being nice to him. Edward helped envy into the bed and watched him pass out a few second after.
Roy mustang walked into the house drenched in water. Alphonse told Roy mustang of what has happened and he smiled at his sons, knowing they were just helping their brother. Envy woke and walked down to see them all sitting there. Roy smiled and got up and went to envy and hugged him and said "you ok?" then envy nodded and cried a little. Roy held the boy close and said "I'm going to take care of you envy… got it?"
But by the time the question was asked, envy has fallen asleep in Roy's arms. Risa walked in to see envy asleep as Roy mustang was reading a book to himself. Alphonse was cooking something as Edward set the table. Risa smiled and sat next to Roy and looked at envy. Roy explained what the boys were doing to help envy then risa smiled. Risa said "he's welcome to stay here!" that made the elric brothers smile cause there brother was going to stay with them.
