Love Affair

Kiba awoke one morning and looked at his alarm clock. "Oh fuck, its 6am, damn Shino!" He really didn't really know why he cursed his lover, maybe it was because when Shino would spend the night with him or he with Shino, he would get up at the crack of dawn and wake Kiba up in the process. So, he decides that the only thing he could do is get up, shower and eat breakfast, and then go to the training grown. After his shower, he went to the kitchen, his mother, Tsume, she was making breakfast, six eggs and two stacks of pancakes. "Hope that is not all for you" he said to her. She just grunted and replied, "No, some of it's for you" and she sat a plate down in front of him. "I need to talk to you"
She sat her own plate down and then sat in front of it. "Well, tell me what it is before I live for work". Kiba just looked at his mother and started to tell his tell. "Well, I am in love."
"Well, that's good. Who is it?"
"Aburame Shino"
"Aburame Shibi's son?"
"Yes"
Her eyes looked deep into her son's soul. "Are you sure he's the one?" she asked he son. Kiba was a bit confused, but answered her just the same, "Even when I was with Hinata, I never felt like this before. It's a wonderful feeling."
She thought about it for a while and smiled before answering, "If he makes you happy, then go for it. Love is a strange, yet interesting thing; it doesn't see color, race or gender, all it does is feels". Kiba thought about the words his mother said, he was confused, but still, he was glad that she seemed to be okay with her.
Shino was sitting at breakfast with his mother and father. His mother looked at her son with concern, "Shino- chan, are you alright?" Shino showed a small smile at his mother and replied, "I am fine, okāsan, really" He cut into his egg. She looked into his eyes, and searched his face again and said, "Shino- chan, I know you, and you are hiding something. Tell us." Shino smiled another rare smile and said, "I'm in love"
"With Inuzuka Kiba, right?"
Shino was socked; he looked at his mother and replied, "How did you know?"
She and his father smiled back at him and she replied, "Your father and I saw you two kissing at the Christmas Party, we knew it was not just a normal kiss shared by two people passing underneath the mistletoe. It was a bit…passionate."
Shino blushed before he asked, "Are you mad?"
"Shino- chan, there is no need to be ashamed of your love for Kiba. If you love him, then be with him. Love is a strange, yet interesting thing; it doesn't see color, race or gender, all it does is feels."
When Shino went to get Kiba for practice he had good news for him, as Kiba did for Shino. "Good news Shino- koi" said Kiba as Shino came up to him and put his arms around Kiba, unexpected. "Wh- what, is this about?" asked Kiba.
"I love you Kiba!"
"I love you too, but I thought that we needed to talk to everyone, including our parents, and tell them about us before we showed public affection."
"We where, but I had a talk with my mother and father, and they are fine with it. As long as I am happy, they are happy."
Then Kiba stood up straight and looked at him. "My mother said the same thing. Actually she said…." And they said it together, "Love is a strange, yet interesting thing; it doesn't see color, race or gender, all it does is feels." Then Shino kissed Kiba and they walked hand- in- hand to practice. When they got there, Yuhi Kurenai and Hinata saw them walking hand- in- hand to practice. They where smiling and Kurenai said, "I am glad that they finally got the nerve to show how they feel." "Yes, so am I" responded Hinata.
