Prologue
Shania Cunnik was a 10 year old girl, brown hair, brown eyes, skinny, and a sweet person. During the year she made more friends then ever. She got along with her brother and that was weird. It was the last day of school and every one was excited.
Shania was hoping up and down the hall of her house. While screaming "IT"S THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL" Her mother lend out of her room and look like she was in a hurricane with a mad face she said "Shania shut up." Shania was all too happy, that is was the last day of school she did not even listen to her mother which she never did. Her mother walks out of her bedroom and look at Shania as she is running out the house. Shania looks at the houses as she passes them, but she see children giving kisses and hug to their children. Shania never in her life got a goodbye kiss when it was the last day of school. A tear slid down her face as she saw the relationship with over families. She was sad that all her mother would say would be "do the dishes or shut up" what did she do that made her mom not love her.
At school she saw her best friend jumping off bus number 2. "Hailey" Shania yelled. Hailey looked up in the middle of her jump and trip the whole way down. All the kids that were around her ask if she was ok. "Are you ok, Hailey?" "Are you ummmm not hurt I think you should be fine?" Shania started to laugh as she headed over to her dear friend. Shania was not worried because she did it every time. "I'm fine, thanks" Hailey said she was a sweet child but kind of had wild hair so it put people off of her behavior that what Hailey though at least. "Hi Shania, what's wrong?" Hailey always knew when something was up. "Mom she is being her self." "Guess what?" Hailey laughed "What?" Shania knew what she was going to say but did not say anything. "IT IS the…." Hailey pause "LAST DAY OF SCHOOL" they both said together laughing.
"RRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGG" the school bell rang telling them that class was about to start. They both ran to the room and landed right in there seats right when the bell rang. Mrs. bell said (their teacher) "lucky I wanted to give you a tardy" she joke "well I wanted to keep it a surprise but no work at all no nothing it is a free day go to the park the library or just hang in here, but tell me first ok." All the kids in her class screamed there heads off. "REALLY... Wow …Cool… can we go to the library… I get the computer." Every kid went to a different location. It ended up being five kids staying in the room.
At the end of the day the whole class counted down to the end of school. "10…9…8…7…6…5…4…3…2...1 YAAAAAAAA" every kid ran out of the room laughing. Shania and Hailey were having a sleepover that night. Shania and Hailey walk home laughing about the day. "I can't wait to tonight to go and make cookie, talk all night, movies, music, games everything." Shania said happily more than that morning. They ran onto the bus and Hailey showed the bus driver her pass while Shania passed him because she did not have hers. They arrive at her house as Hailey mom greeted Shania to their house. At dinner time her mother made roast, cabbage, salad, and green beans more then Shania had ever. Shania dinner was whatever she made. At dinner they all talk about everything she could talk about. Talk about school, friends, work and everything.
