(Chapter 1)

(Hana's POV)

I was walking along the streets of Crocus. It was hot in my cloak but I refused to take it off. I was pondering which guild I should join. Lamia scale was on my mental list of maybes but they were quite strict so maybe they're not for me. Mermaid heel… nah too many girls. I was walking and suddenly I heard crying, it seemed to come from the park, and me being the curious person I am couldn't help but go and investigate.

Once in the park I found the source of the crying. It made want to do something I've never done before, it made me want to run up and squeeze it. It was a small cat in a frog suit. I decided that I couldn't just ignore something so adorable.

"Hey there my name's Hana. What's wrong little guy?" I asked as I knelt down to his level.

"F-fro is l-lost" and then he burst into more tears. I panicked a bit before I decided to hug him gently (although I wanted to squeeze him) "Fro can't find Rogue"

"Don't cry I'll help you find Rogue. Do you know where I can find him?" I asked gently.

He looked up at me with big eyes "You'll really help Fro?" he asked hopefully.

"Of course" I said with a smile "Where can I find him?"

"Rogue will be with Sting at Sabertooth"

"Very well" I said "Then we shall go to the Sabertooth guild"

I picked him up and started walking.

"Fro's name is Frosch but you can call Fro, Fro" he said cutely

As we walked Fro told me all about himself and about how he got lost. Apparently he got distracted by a bug and decided to follow it.

When we reached Sabertooth I walked in silently and almost immediately Fro was out of my arms and I was pinned against the wall and two angry red eyes were glaring at me. To say I was pissed was and understatement. I was beyond pissed, here I was trying to help them and they attack me! How rude!

The floorboards started to creak and then thick vines started to grow out of the ground destroying the wooden floor but that wasn't my problem, it was theirs. A thick vine curled around the man's neck and pulled him off of me. Then his whole body was wrapped in vines except for his head. Shocked looks were on everyone's faces. I then heard Fro screaming for me to stop. I froze when I saw him crying. With a sigh I let the black haired man go and turned to Fro.

"I apologise for upsetting you Fro." I said as I bowed my head then turned to the man who attacked me.

"I was just bringing him back because I found him crying in the park" I said with a glare

"I apologise for jumping to conclusions." He said with a bow. I nodded my head and turned to walk out of the door but before I could leave a blond man jumped in front of me blocking my way.

"What magic was that?" He demanded rather than asked. I got a bit annoyed at his rudeness.

"None of your business now move out of my way." I said through clenched teeth

"Not a chance, tell me right now!" I raised an eyebrow.

"Why do you want to know anyway? How will it benefit you in any possible way?" I asked

"You just stormed in here and destroy the floor! I think that's reason enough!" he shouted at me

"I was on my way to check out Lamia scale or Fairy Tail when I heard Fro crying and decided help him out! Now get out of my way!" I screamed at him. The rest of the guild just watched our screaming match with shocked faces.

He then smirked "Why don't you join this guild? You're already here so why not?"

"One reason: You." I said

Fro then jumped in front of me and said "Hana-chan why don't you want to join? Is it because of Fro?" he asked with tears in his eyes.

"Please join. Fro would like to see you again"

I stood there staring at him. "Fine… I'll join for Fro" I muttered

The blond man just smirked "I see you have a weakness for Fro."

"Shut up you cocky bastard!" I screamed at him

"Ahem" We turned to see the man who attacked me and the rest of the guild staring at us.

"Well if you're going to join I'm Rogue Cheney and this is Sting Eucliffe. You should go and see master to inquire about joining." He said

Another blond man walked up to me and took my hand and kissed it. i felt my cheeks turn red and looked the other way to hide it.

"My name is Rufus Lore. Lovely to meet you Miss…?"

"Hana, Hana Anne" I said quietly

(Stings POV)

I stared at the cloaked figure as she introduced herself.

"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THE FLOOR!" I heard a shout.

We all turned to see master. He looked angry which was not a good sign but I wasn't worried.

"We have someone who wants to join the guild master." I heard someone say.

Hana then stepped forward. "It was me who destroyed the floor. I apologise, it was all a misunderstanding" she said calmly.

"If you wish to join the guild you must fight Minerva." Master stated

Everyone paled. This was obviously her punishment for destroying the floor. She would be tortured by Minerva.

"Very well then, I will fight her" she calmly stated.

Everyone went outside to watch the fight.

"Begin"

Hana threw away her cloak and ran towards Minerva. She had short blond hair with light blue tips, her eyes were emerald.

"Nature dragons roar!" she shouted.

Rogue and I froze. Another dragon slayer, I wonder what generation she is.

As we watched as the two fought. Vines grew and started whipping Minerva from every angle.

"Stop, I have seen enough! You may join. You will team up with Sting and Rogue" Master shouted.

As we went inside I saw her mumbling something about being teamed up with 'the cocky blond bastard' I smirked she looked like the type I could easily tease.
