Ancient's Love.
Thou art the hand of
winter, Ice-cold heart.
But still those jade
green eyes pierce deep inside.
I do not want to love
thee, callous killer,
But your gaze draws out
that which I cannot hide.
An ancient wisdom glows
within your eyes,
That speaks of ages
long since in your past.
I see too pain that for
forgiveness cries,
And that I grant you as
I breathe my last.
I offer up myself that
all may live
A sacrifice eternal in
your hand.
And in this giving all
I have to give,
I show my love that
thou may understand.
So long as men can
breathe or eyes can see,
So long lives this
and this gives life to thee.
Angel's Hell.
My shame is now mine
greatest enemy,
For I loath that I must
strike the final blow.
A force commands me
greater than my will,
To see thy death done
and thy soul to go.
I see the parting glow
deep in your eyes
The love with which you
give your life to me.
This love will save me
now that I return it
When I am dead and my
own spirit free.
I seek an end to the
killing and pain
Else I must kill the
innocent again.
Aeris release me let
my soul to fly
With yours in love
never again to die.
A.N this is supposed to be in sonnet form, Aeris to Sephiroth and back. Anyone know how to indent?
