I can't move... Why... Why can't I move?

Why does my heart ache so much, why am I feeling this way...

InuYasha... Help me...

"Kagura... Place that Shikon jewel shard inside Kagome now." A velvety child-like voice spoke.

Wait, place what? What's going on?! Why can't I see anything?!

Slowly the girl's vision started to make out objects. There in front of her stood a being and in her arms... a child?

I remember... I was at the castle with Miroku and Sango when I was taken inside, and that's where Kagura gave me the child... That child... He's doing this to me!

"Inu-InuYasha..." The raven haired girl muttered out with strain.

The infant in Kagome's arms tightened his grasp on her and seethed, "Wait a moment Kagura, it seems that this girl is much more stubborn than I thought..."

InuYasha! InuYasha please, please help me!

"It is useless Kagome, you must realize now that InuYasha will not come and save you. He is too busy searching for that Tragic Priestess, Kikyo... How sad that your precious InuYasha has raced off to find his beloved Kikyo, completely forgetting about you and your feelings... Resent him... Resent Kikyo... Fill your heart with hatred towards those two." The Infant spoke in a monotone voice.

Hate... InuYasha and Kikyo? But, why? I don't hate them... I just... I just...

Flashes of InuYasha and Kikyo began to haunt the defenseless girl's mind, thoughts of the two being together, and being happy while Kagome was left out in the cold.

No... No! InuYasha... How could you? I thought... I thought... No!

"I found it! Now, Kagura!" The infant hissed at the wind sorceress.

Quickly the woman moved in and placed the shard against the girl's forehead and watched as it sunk in. Kagome shook, and with one last gasp of her own whispered, "I hate you, InuYasha..."

The walls of the small elevated hut suddenly burst, and through the debris came InuYasha.

"KAGOME!" The Hanyu screamed as he unsheathed his sword.

But it was too late for the half-demon, for the wind sorceress had already took hold of Kagome and the infant and flew off on one of her feather's.

InuYasha looked out from the broken hut as he screamed out the girl's name, "Kagome?! Kagome!"
