In case you still don't know how these things work, every time the events listed below happen, you take a drink. Any drunkenness or loss of inhibitions as result of this game not my fault.

Says something about the "Heart of the Cards"

Gets challenged to a duel (2 drinks if it's Kaiba)

Challenges someone else to a duel

Is offended

Duels on behalf of someone else (2 drinks if it's someone besides his friends)

Uses the Dark Magician, Summon Skull, Magical Hats or Mirror Force

Has internal dialogue (Yami talks to Yugi and vice versa)

Mentions the "Heart of the Cards"

Take 2 drinks if:

Wears his coat like a cape

Actually changes his clothes

Someone tries to take his Millennium Puzzle

Combines monsters

Joey Wheeler

Acts cocky

Thinks about his sister

Challenges someone much better than him to a duel (2 drinks if it's Kaiba)

Wants to beat up Kaiba

Is a loud mouth

Gets into a fight

You wonder what's up with that weird "New Yawk" accent anyway

Take 2 drinks if:

Acts like he's giving up…then is inspired to change his mind

Téa Gardner

Worries about Yugi

Changes her clothes

Yells at Joey or Tristan

Acts like a cheerleader

Is mind-controlled

Tristan Taylor

Fights with Joey or Duke

Tries to hook up with Serenity

Seto Kaiba

Smirks

Acts like a jerk

Challenges Yugi

Uses his Blue Eyes White Dragon

Is an evil bastard

Shown using or around computers (duel disks don't count)

Makes fun of Joey

Thinks of his little brother

Laughs manically

Changes his clothes

Take 2 drinks if:

Someone uses his first name (Seto)

Scoffs at something Yugi says

Says he doesn't need anyone but himself

Is actually shown doing work (i.e., running his company)

Mokuba Kaiba

Calls Kaiba "big brother"

Runs after or away from someone

You realize how much he looks like a rat

Is kidnapped

Says "You wait until my big brother gets here" or something to that effect

Bakura

Is evil

Uses his Millennium Ring

You wonder how his "Evil Spirit of the Ring" comes back…when someone throws away the ring/sends him to the graveyard/etc.

You wonder why his good side has a British accent—when they live in Japan

Take 2 drinks if:

He's not evil

Mai Valentine

Uses Harpy Lady

Has more stuff than Yugi or Joey (more star chips, more locator cards, etc)

Says the only person a duelist can count on is herself

You wonder how that white brassiere thing of hers stays up

Maximillian Pegasus

Says " boy"

Is an evil bastard

Uses his Millennium Eye

Expounds on how he can see his opponent's cards

Spies on the other characters

Captures other people's souls

Hair flies away from his face

Acts insufferably dandy

Duke Devlin

Plays with his hair

Is horribly arrogant

Tries to hook up with Serenity

Hits someone with dice

Uses his Millennium rod

Expounds on how he can use Yugi's friends
