Walking into the Leaky Cauldron, Harry walked up to the bar, where Tom was wiping down the glasses.

"Hello, Tom. I'm here for the thing you owled me about."

Pausing his cleaning duties, Tom looked up at the young Mister Potter. "Ah, Harry! How nice it is to see you again! You can find the lovely lady up in Room Three. I'll bring you're your food up right away."

As Tom started cooking the meals, Harry walked up the stairs and headed to the second room on the left. After a slight pause, during which his nerves took momentary control over his body, Harry brought his hand up, clenched it into a fist, and knocked on the door. A few seconds passed, and when no noise came from the other side, he began to knock again. But alas! His knuckles struck nothing, as the girl in the room quickly opened up the door. It revealed a plain, ordinary room with an extraordinary girl. She stood there, 5 foot 3, with long, wavy blonde hair, wearing a pair of radish earrings, a butterbeer cork necklace, and a beautiful yellow sundress.

"Hello Harry Potter. My name is Luna Lovegood. Please have a seat," she introduces herself, gesturing towards the two boring chairs set out in the rather dull space of Room Three. But Harry didn't mind, or even pay attention to the ambiance. He was focusing all of his attention on the happy girl skipping and singing to her seat.

"Um . . . Hello to you too?"

After being dragged over to the table by the buxom blonde, he finally took in her appearance. She looked around his age, and obviously magical, so why didn't he recognize her at all? Surely, he must have seen her passing through the halls or during meals at the Great Hall.

Naturally, he asked her about it. "Do you go to Hogwarts, Miss Lovegood?"

"Yes, I'm in Ravenclaw, Second Year. And please, Harry, call me Luna. We're on a date; not role playing as teachers."

"Okay Miss— er, Luna."

It was in that moment when Tom entered into the room with two plates of sandwiches and two butterbeers. No words were spoken between the two for fifteen minutes afterwards, slowly consuming the rather delicious and sizable portions. While eating, Harry was comfortable, simply eating food like normal – er – normal for during the Hogwarts terms, that is. When he finished, however, he began to drown in nervousness and flounder like a fish.

"Uh, Harry? Is there something wrong? Why are you staring at me like a trout?"

A sweat slowly broke out on his face while he stalled for an answer, trying to reboot his brain. "Um . . . Uh . . . Well, I uh, um . . ." By now, he began to fidget about and shake uncontrollably. Almost two minutes passed by before his nerves caused him to quickly blurt out, "It's just that I came here not knowing what to expect but I gave myself low standards thinking that you'd be just an annoying fangirl swooning over 'The Boy-Who-Lived' or a politician hoping to entrench themselves into my pockets to boost their popularity and political clout but then you turned out to be a super nice elegant and beautiful young lady who seems to be here for me, Harry Potter, which is something only Hermione seems to be able to do and – why are you coming towards me?" He barely squeaked out before get tackled with a massive hug and receiving a kiss on the cheek.

"Oh, Harry! You say the nicest things when you aren't infested with Nargles . . ." Luna began, leading to a long discussion about fantastical and unknown creatures.
