On a cold rainy night in Jasper City, Canada a lone wolf was walking down a street in a rough east side neighborhood this is way my story begins

As I speedily walk home to avoid any type of fight with the local gangs that infects this city, The East Side Pushers and, the infamous Black Ace Crime Family who run the nice more rich and classy west side.

When I reach my door I heard a car come speeding around the corner down the street and came charging down my street I quickly ran inside and hid till I hear gunfire and the car stopping.
"Garth sends his regrets," boom.
After that I didn't sleep at all just sitting on my bed with my 9mm on my night stand.

Mayor Winston was suppose to be getting rid of the gangs but I think the Black Ace have him in they pocket.

Knock! Knock!

I grabbed my gun and when to the my door to see who it is,Humphrey,my best friend.
"Humphrey what are you here so late?" I said
"Derrick all will be explained in due time, may I come in?"
"Sure, but I don't like it when you hide things from me Humphrey."
"I'm not hiding anything from...just not telling you right away."
"Whatever it is, is probably bad I don't want to know, what's up with you coming over so late?"
"I was thinking since you hate those gangs so much we can make a crime fighting group to stop them cause the police ain't doing any thing."
"Humphrey that is the craziest idea you ha be come up with are trying to impress Kate with idea so she will fall in love with you hahaha."
"Jerk!" He shouted and pushed me
"Hey I was just messing with you no need to get all work up about."
"Okay this may change your mind about the crime fighting group you get to run it cause you are the smartest guy I know."
"I'm pretty smart but still don't know let me sleep on it."
"Okay call me tomorrow with an answer." He said as he left and I when over and locked my lock on my door and when back to bed.

As I laid there I can't stop thinking about Humphrey's idea so I decided to tell someone I trusted the most to get their input.
I pulled out my phone and began to text Lilly.
"Lilly u awake"
"Yeah what's up"
"It's Humphrey and this crazy idea"
"What's his crazy idea is it better than making a jetpack out of fireworks"
"That wasn't crazy that was awesome even though I loss some fur on my back"
"Whatever you are just as crazy as Humphrey"
"His idea was to make a crime fighting group"
"Oh can I be in it too"
"Sure you can I guess I may have to talk to Humphrey"
"Yay ttyl"

I put my phone back on my night stand, beside my gun, on it's charger and slowly drifted to sleep.
