"Alright girls, hop on!" Miss Doe yelled, telling all the squirrel scouts to get on the bots to go to the picnic meeting with the bean scouts.
As they arrived, the bean scouts moaned when they saw all the girls invading their space.
"Where should we sit, Patsy?" Nina asked politely. Patsy quickly noticed a half empty table with Lazlo, Clam and Raj.
"I know exactly where to sit. Follow me." Patsy said confidently, as she approached the table with her love.
"Hey Lazlo!" Patsy said cheerfully, while sitting directly across from him.
"Oh, hey Patsy!" Lazlo replied, smiling. Raj, Nina and Gretchen all rolled their eyes.
"So Lazlo...I was wondering if maybe...you'd like to come hangout after this picnic ends?" Patsy asked nervously. She was aiming for something more than just hanging out. She wanted to ask him on a date.
"Sure! Sounds fun. I can show you a new comic book I got!" Lazlo said excitedly.
"Uh, yeah...alright." Patsy smiled. "So...I'll see you after then."
The table continued to eat their lunches without a word until it ended. When the squirrel scouts got back onto their boat, Lazlo hopped into a canoe and paddled over as quick as he could. He felt nervous, he was afraid his secret crush on Patsy might show.
