"What the hell. I'm getting really tired of how this shit always happens. We vanquish. We solve the day and we pay for something else entirely. Phoebe, is evil?"
"Paige, shut up. Just stop. Just shut up."
A ladder hit the attic floor with a thud and down came falling Jean. Descendors were what the Elders had devised to be modern day muses. They scaled down ladders from the heavens to inspire and help salvage what little humans had.
"Where is she? Where is she?", he demanded. His blonde hair was now a mop, from the profuse sweat.
"Piper, will you tell him or should I?"
"Paige, like I said shut up. None of this would have happened if we just let you stay dead."
"Wha--"
"I'm angry and you know I don't really mean tha-"
Jean cut right in between and grabbed Piper by the throat.
"Fix this. I knew this was trouble and you guys just let it happen. You guys just also mess up something and you are supposed to be all powerful. It's like bad things need to happen to you."
An electrical current surged the room and took complete control of Paige lifting her four feet into the air and letting her crash into all the storage boxes. Piper looked around the room.
"Get out of here bitch. I have no qualms with rectifying the situation by killing you. You aren't Phoebe and you won't be in there long. Now go"
Jean grabbed Piper by the wrist and then took hold of a step in the ladder. The ladder began to rise from the floor and an electric shock struck it; but it did nothing.
The room faded back to night and Phoebe sat huddled in a crevice where shadows had once protected her. While Piper lay unconcious over crushed boxes, smoke rising from her body.
"Give me what I seek the most; a new body; a better host."
Phoebe's eyes rolled backwards in her head and a red light flashed throughout the whole room. Phoebe fell back in agony while Paige was already out the door.
