Lollipop, a world ends with you fanfic

Wow, my first TWEWY fic and it's based on an image that's been stuck in my mind for the past month. I finally caved in and decided to make this.

Disclaimer: I don't own The World Ends With You or the song you're about to read and possibly listen to.

"Why can't we send out some Noise now?" asked Uzuki. It was Day 1 in yet another week of the Game. Players were running around trying to find partners before they were erased by Noise. This part of the Game was the time there were the most Players. The pink haired harrier wanted in on the action. Her partner on the other hand....

"Do we have to send out Noise now?" asked Kariya. Unlike his partner, he wasn't as eager to erase Players. "Can't we just relax today? We have all week to earn points."

"But they're practically screaming for erasure!" whined Uzuki. "Why can't you get off your lazy butt already?"

"Why? I don't really need the points right now. Besides, you can go over and send out Noise yourself."

Kariya was right about that. But still, couldn't he just stop sucking on that stick with whatever was on the end of it and just watch the destruction take place? A question popped up in Uzuki's head.

"Were you ever this lazy in the RG?"

"Nope," said Kariya simply, "Actually, I think I was a bit lazier. With the job I had, I was used to not doing much."

"You? With a job?" said Uzuki, letting out a laugh, "Your employer must've been mad as hell every day if you didn't do anything."

"Nope. Nobody ever did anything. Ah, the memories..." said Kariya, starting to stare off into space to reminisce.

The lights in the factory were off but they'd be lit in just a moment...

"Lollipop, lollipop," sang Kariya.

"Oh lolli lolli lollipop lollipop," sang another person, showing up out of nowhere. The two started to sing together.
