Let's Keep It Friends

Disclaimer: I do not own MKR, or the song 'Let's Keep It Friends'. I don't remember the name of the lady who sings that song, all I know is that it is the season one ending song of Ranma 1/2, which I also do not own.
As I said before, I do not own MKR, but I DO own Lantis and Eagle..... (laughs like a maniac)
~~Here's the scene; an empty, romantic beach
You and I are all alone~~
Eagle looked down at the red haired former-pillar sitting next to him. Her braid was blowing in the soft breeze and she looked like a goddess.
"Eagle....... I feel you staring at me....." she admitted shyly. Eagle quickly looked away, turning his loving gaze towards the sunlit ocean.
Gulls chattered overhead and that was the only other sound in hearing range.
"Hikaru......" Eagle stared into the girl's crimson orbs.
~~Playful times
When we ran
Holding hands--
It all goes still~~
"E-Eagle..... what is it?" Hikaru glanced nervously into his amber eyes.
~~The look that's in your eyes--
It somehow scares me
What is there for us to fear?
In the sky, in the sea, in the waves
So far away....~~
She remembered how he was always so insistant that they were in fact brown, not amber or yellow.
~~Ah!Don't think I can stand this feeling!
Just the touch of your hand~~
Eagle grabbed Hikaru's hands in his own larger ones.
"Hikaru, why don't you just relax? What's wrong?" Eagle asked, positioning himself behind her, beginning to massage her tense shoulders and upper back.
"You seem so tense...." he whispered seductively into her ear.
"Ea-Eagle!this is wrong! S-Stop!Stop now!"
she cried, jumping from his grasp.
~~Can't you see
I still need time?
Til I'm ready again!~~
"Hikaru? What's wrong?!" Eagle asked, apperantly hurt. Hikaru's eyes softened.
"Eagle, you know that I-" Eagle pulled her off of her feet to sit beside him once again.
"That you love Lantis." Eagle sourly finished.
Hikaru shot an apoligetic glance at Eagle, then she looked downward to hide her shame.
~~As you brush the sand away from my lips
Touch me so tenderly
We're so close that I can see myself in your eyes--
Just where I want to be!~~
"Yes, but Eagle, I love you too!" she stated.
"Then why won't you let us BE? Hikaru you know how much I love you!" Eagle exclaimed.
"Eagle..... Lantis is waiting for me." Hikaru calmly stated, walking away from the man who loved her-- one of them at least.

A/N:Okay that fic wasn't as great as I was hoping for....Oh well! In fact it was kinda short AND bad....but what can you expect for something written in school?! I guess one reason why it ain't so great is because I used to be Hikaru/Lantis all the way, but lately I'm not sure if I like Hikaru/Lantis better or Hikaru/Eagle! Bad me!
Because I know this was crappy work, flames are welcome.I'll be very surprised if I get a good reveiw, or any reveiws at all!!!!!
