Here is my first original Sesame Street sketch, this time it's a Mr Johnson and Grover sketch where Mr Johnson goes to the library. Enjoy and comment.
One day, Mr Johnson went to the library to find a book about dolphins.
As he went over to the front desk, he got a great surprise. Grover was there.
"Oh no!" he exclaimed. "What are you doing here?"
"Please be quiet in the library." whispered Grover. "What can I do to help you?"
"Well, listen very carefully." said Mr Johnson. "I want a book about dolphins."
"Right away sir!"
Grover left to get the book.
"Why is he everywhere I go?" thought Mr Johnson to himself.
Then, Grover returned.
"Here is your book sir!"
But the book was about birds, not dolphins.
"This isn't the book I'm looking for!" boomed Mr Johnson. "This book is about rabbits, not dolphins!"
"I'm only trying to suggest books for you sir!" shouted Grover, as he went to get the book.
He then returned, but with a book about cats, not dolphins.
"This isn't my book!" he shouted. "This book is about cats!"
"Please keep your voice down, sir," reminded Grover. "I'm doing my absolute best to find your book."
"Just get me my book!" shouted Grover.
Grover then went off to find the book again.
He then returned with the correct book.
"Here you go sir! This is the book you are looking for!"
"Thank you!" said Mr Johnson.
"But we are now closed." said Grover. "You may come back tomorrow to pick up your book."
Mr Johnson fell to the floor in disbelief.
