Disclaimer:: I do not own Naruto. I only own this story.

This story has a slight SasuNaru to it. It could be interpreted as the Best Friend type, or a very slight Romantic Type. So, Yaoi haters, don't freak out.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I blinked, looking solumly at the gray stone that sat in front of me. A tombstone.

He was my friend at one point in time.

Possibly even my best friend.

I have no right to be here, next to his tombstone.

I had left his life, the life of everyone here.

Not many people came to his funeral.

Only his close friends. The ones who made his life worthwhile.

The ones who changed his existence.

Not that it mattered now.

He now longer existed, did he?

Only about twenty people came.

Sad, isn't it?

The names of the people were etched into the grey cold stone.

To be forever there.

My name wasn't on it.

I stood in the trees, watching as the few people came up with black roses and set them on the stone.

Why roses?

I was gone from his life for six years.

And even I know his favourite flower was a sunflower.

He wouldn't want people to mourn him.

But to celebrate his life.

The life I left.

I'd be killed if I was found here.

I'd have to kill them.

The ones who were his friends.

I wouldn't like killing them.

Though I'd do it anyway.

I still haven't had my revenge.

Not over my brother, but for the one who killed him.

I looked up at the sky, then closed my eyes, placing the sunflower on the grave.

Turning around and walking to the edge of the trees, I looked over my shoulder before I left for good.

"Good bye...... Naruto."
