Long ago, there was a princess. She had everything a commoner woman could want: a huge castle, jewels, dresses, no worries. But this Princess was not satisfied, she wanted an adventurous life. One where She was actually needed, where no one would say she was weak and soft. This is the story of Lucy Heartifilia, a girl who didn't want everything handed to her.
Lucy's POV
"Lady Heartifilia, his majesty has decided that you will be in charge of decorating the hall in preparation for your birthday gala. Isn't that exciting? It's just what you wanted!" Plu said happily.
Really? How stupid are you? That was my birthday wish when I was ten, not now when I'm turning nineteen. The only reason I even wanted to plan it in the first place was because I didn't want to be surrounded by filthy old men again. Which I still had to go through anyway.
"Plu... Thank you for convincing my father. Now I can show Father my skills in party planning." I gave Plu my most dazzling smile.
Even if I thought it was stupid Plu had already told my father and it would be unwise to cross my father. He would probably banish Plu from Fiore and that would be devastating to me since Plu was my only friend left. He had sold Virgo off to one of his creepy friends and Leo had run after some woman he had fallen for.
"Princess? I took the liberty of making a list of what an amazing needs." Plu handed me a list of six objectives.
"Thank you Plu. You may go attend to other duties now." I dismissed him quickly. I took a look at the list.
