Happy Thanksgiving, 2018! :D

The last thing Frodo wanted was to be at was a dog show. Didn't he just have to sit and watch the show? Ever since Farmer Maggot kicked him off his land, telling his dogs to chase after Frodo, Frodo had this fear of dogs he couldn't ignore. It was a fear he hadn't got over just yet.
"Come on, Frodo. A dog show will be good for you!" Pippin cried, joyously. "Look at the dogs!"
"Pippin, being at a dog show doesn't resolve my issue with dogs," Frodo said, annoyed.
Frodo looked around the room. The blue curtained walls, blue carpeted floors, and the stands made it seem like a warm environment. He wasn't used to coming to our world, but Pippin decided to take Blotmath to the next level and explore our world. Going to a dog show on Thanksgiving was his number one priority.
Frodo relaxed, joining Pippin on the stands as they watched the dogs and their breeders come out in seven groups. Frodo breathed in and out, watching the dogs presented and judged. All right, he could do this. He just needed to calm down.
So far, so good. He was starting to like the choices presented in the seven groups. Pippin had his favorite dogs all picked out. Frodo didn't see the point. Shouldn't they just love a dog, no matter who or what they were? Would that make things easier?
"Bark!" a young beagle, with brown spots on his white coat, yipped at Frodo, getting his attention.
"Eh… what do you want?" Frodo asked the dog, nervously.
"Aww! Pick him up, Frodo!" Pippin said with a warm-hearted smile. "Go on, Frodo. It's only a dog."
"Eh… right. I've got this." Frodo said, petting the beagle.
He was starting to calm down. The beagle, named Wesley, jumped onto his lap, resting there. Frodo smiled, stunned by the beagle's action, but choosing to pet the dog nonetheless. It felt good to be at the dog show. Frodo couldn't have asked for a better, chillier day outside than this one. But at least it was warm inside the dog show. Heh heh. That's what counted.
