"Stupid cat" He rumbled while picking up the feathers from the bird his cat Panther-lily had dropped at his feet. "Always bringing me weird shit like this". He finished cleaning up and looked up at his cat who was sitting on the back of the couch staring at him. "Why can't you bring me a pretty girl or something?" he muttered under his breath. His only reply was panther-lily jumping off the couch and out the cat door he had installed in the front door just after he moved in a few weeks ago. With a sigh he threw the bird in the trash and sat down on his couch ready to take a nap. When he heard a yell "Hey! Get back here!" Curious he stood up and looked out the window to see his cat running full pelt across the yard to him with something in his mouth, when he got to the door he found Panther-lily sitting on his front porch holding some sort of cloth with his mouth. Gajeel bent down and took it. He noticed that it was a headband, a simple brown one with two white stripes. Then a voice broke him from his musings."Where did he go?" A woman, a very short woman was looking around his yard. "Who?" He asked "A black cat, it stole my headband" She replied. He looked down at the headband he had taken from lily, "This one?" She walked closer to him now realizing just how tall he was. " Yes, how did you get it? She asked "My cat was the one who stole it." He replied. She giggled at his sheepish face until it seem like he remembered something then he began laughing" she just stared at him confused "What's so funny?" He told her about his earlier comments to his cat, getting a smile and a blush from her. "Oh! I've been terribly rude! I never asked your name!" He blinked surprised at this. "Gajeel, Gajeel Red-fox." he said "My name is Levy Mcgarden" she replied. "Would you like to go out for coffee sometime?"
